Mood: Glad
It's Saturday and finally I finished my work.
I feel it is very good. I went with Jan to his school. And that will be my school too from next Monday.
I will study Swedish and he is learning Chinese.
I walked alone along the Canal by our house. And it goes through to the city center.
I bought a lot of fruits and enjoyed the sunshine here.
Many people, old and young, children and adults, they all sit by the river or in the park, or outside the shop door, have a drink or something to eat. Spring has come!
The sun is high in the sky these two days.
The weather is really warmer.
With 40 Kr, I got a lot of kiwi fruits and vegetables. It's nice.
I will also buy nicotin gum for Banboo tomorrow morning. I feel freer and stronger now. Last week was under pressure and also tired of period and jet lag.
But walking or running everyday is really a good thing. It's great that many people exercise here.
I think when we were at university we exercise more than now.
I will continue to do that. Many people are not careful about gabage here too and the river side has a lot of gabage. Maybe soon some people will clean it. But I really hope people don't take the beautiful environment for granted.

Swedish famour photographer Lennarte Nilsson gave a half an hour presentation about his newly-published photo book Life.
The book is a collection of his photo works over the past 50 or 60 years.
At age 84, Nilsson is still very passionate about photographing and has taken photos of SARS, HIV and Cancer cells.
His book opens a window for common people to understand cells and life and how life has been formed from the very beginning.
With his vivid pictures, he put science with an artistic explaination or take art with a scientific eye.
I asked what drives him to be so passionate about these life photos, he said this is very important to let people know about life and it is respect for life that drives him to this work.
Respect life is very important.
I'm very tired and not in the mood of any quarrel. This was what he said when he came home. He used to say we should quarrel but now he is not ready. Knowing that, I tried to behave and cooked and gave him a piece of red leaf saying it is my heart and he should take it. He was moved. And we had a good time.
It is fun to surrender a bit when he is tired. And when he is happy, you can step forward a bit. So I still think surrender in relationship is important.
Maybe UN is still my destination. I will see.
I am still fond of jobs for the UN.
I am also keen to sustainable development. SD is about change, adjustment. It is a change of attitude and a change of mode of living. It makes people feel better to do a good thing. A whole lot change of the society.
SD will be the future to suck more people and provide more jobs. In the UK, businesses are all desperate to find SD people.
And it is a great potential for business to have CSR. There is still a long way to go for CSR.
Ice in the canal beside our building has finally melted after about over a week of time.
Ducks and seagulls are free to swim here now.
There is still some wind in the air, but there is no dust. It rained in the morning and then sunshines during the day. In the afternoon, the sun was especially very strong.
Thinking of the sandstorm in Beijing, I feel we have to do something to change the situation. My suggestion is well plan for construction and keep the soil surface as less as possible.
Take decisions according to the season and maybe build or level down more during the fall, but not winter or spring since spring always expects strong wind.
Beijing has to prepare to have more water to save or to get rain water whatever. Otherwise even a cloud will disappear.
I am proud of people's enthusiasm of working but the crazy for wealth sometimes creates side-effects which might be avoided if people think and plan better.
Don't think there is no way, there is always a way to do things and it is always up to you how to do it.
I find people here are mild and take pace. Life is nicer. Maybe young people feel it is not exciting. But I feel it is not too bad.
The attitude of living a simple and comfortable life should be adored.
More exercise and clean environment will be good for everyone.
Mood: good life
After the second day i arrived in Stockholm, i went to see a doctor and talked about my blood pressure.
I said I was taking a quarter of a tablet of a medicine for heart. I was so nervous in Beijing that I had to take it everyday and I felt lost if i didn't take it.
I took many other medicines which I felt useless but also made me more vulnerable.
The doctor here said I can stop the medicine because that didn't affect much the pressure.
And I stopped, and I forgot to text it yesterday morning.
It was a good sign. I still have a little problem of sleeping. But soon I hope I can get rid of the medicine again.
The environment here is better so my nose and throat are getting better too.
Environment is important and a kind doctor is also good. I feel relaxed now anyway. Maybe it is true that time will cure everything and love also cures everything.
Mood: even tempered
When I go out with my boyfriend, he said we must first walk to a special place to put the glass. We walked two blocks and there are bins there.
The other day, he said we had to walk again there in order to put a small battery. He felt so good that he could put the battery there. And we we arrived there, someone else was putting things out of their bag to throw into the bins.
And as we went to the park for a walk, a man was walking a dog. But then the dog released. The man took out a glove and plastic bag to take the shit and then put it into the bag. So the road is clean.
These are small things and might take some time. But it also makes people feel good because they did something good.
I think happiness sometimes is just in these small things, but not the big achievement as that is hard to see.
In such a day to day life, your heart will not be attacked.
And gradually, a better environment both natural and social will be good.
As president Hu Jintao has mentioned the graces and disgraces, I think it is the right time to do something for our country, our neighbor and ourselves so that we can feel better.
Mood: happy
Listening to: flute music very nice
