Whats happend
Mood: Over the moon
Well, it's been a long hard battle, and my wife has really picked it up. With all the things we did and everything that she went through I am just so happy and proud of the way she put up with all the chemotherapy and especially the radiotherapy ..... it was the toughest time of here treatment. It got so bad that I thought she was relapsing into the cancer again. A really tough time as I coundn't bear to see here being always tired and really out of it for days on end. THEN last Monday ?? we went to see the doctors and she got the thumbs up "ALL CLEAR", what a GREAT RELEIF for us even though at first I took it just as another step BUT WE SHOULD CELEBRATE EACH LAND MARK!!!
Now we will go back every 2 months for the next 5 years (checks), I KNOW I WILL BE VERY nervous ?? and probably be up tight ....
There are so many people to thank for all there help and prayers and ... well evrything BIG AND SMALL, even if they didn't know ..
I hope to get my Beautiful wife to write here soon :)

Finding out
When we 1st found out we were devasted, I mean I was absolutely heart broken .. flashing before me were visions of our young family and NO MOTHER, I cannot discribe the hurt I felt and great sorrow, the nights of crying (yes I am not ashamed to admit, I cried my heart out) I guess it was my way of getting over the initial hurt and pain, and one that in retrospect we need to go through before MOVING ON.

The FIGHT
Well, this Web log is really about my wifes fight against cancer. She was diagnosed as having lung cancer in Christmas.
This is my log of how we intend to fight this.
It is really just for my sake as well as any one who may find this useful .....
I'll post more, time permitting about the steps we have decided to take.
