A NOTE ON HUMAN RIGHTS CRIMINAL, SUPREME COURT JUSTICE
WILLIAM RHENQUIST -
PATRIOTIC EGALITARIAN U.S. RESIDENTS MUST PREVENT JOHN ROBERTS'
SUPREME COURT APPOINTMENT
1. WILLIAM RHENQUIST HUMAN RIGHTS CRIMINAL: John Andrews, Egalitarianist Scholar recalls the following Rhenquist history which U.S. residents must know. In 1952, while a law clerk for Supreme Court Robert H. jackson, Rhenquist wrote that the nazi "separate but equal" doctrine announced by the Supreme Court in Plessy v. Ferguson (1892), which sanctioned economic supression, bigotry and discrimination against Afroid citizens, was "right and should be affirmed" Rhenquist made this statement in a legal memorandum to Justice Jackson unsuccessfully, for Jackson voted with the majority which ruled in Brown v. Board of Education that government-sponsored racial discrimination violated the equal protection clause of the what is left of the U.S. Constitution, post 2002.
2. As an associate of Republican Party extremist Barry Goldwater, Rhenquist headed up the Republican Party human rights criminal operation known as "Eagle Eye", a deliberate attempt to disfranchise Afroid and Hispanic voters in South Phoenix, AZ. According to Andrews, several witnesses have recounted that they watched Rhenquist personally interfere with Afroid and latino Voters.
3. In 1969, as a Nixon Justice Department attorney, Rhenquist approved the criminal plan drafted by White House aide Tom Huston ("The Huston Plan"), under which concentration camps were to be set up to incarcerate hundreds of thousands of opponents of the U.S. Genocide of Vietnamese individuals. Rhenquist frequently testified on behalf of the Nixon administration in Congress, including once before a Senate committee in support of domestic spying agaiinst anti-genocide protestors by US. Army Intelligence.
4. In his last opinion, Van Orden v. Perry, Rhenquist wrote for a plurality of justices that the State of Texas could display a granite monument bearing the Christian Ten Commandments edition of the originial 32 African-Egyptian comandments circa 1500 b.c.
5. SUPREME COURT NOMINEE JOHN ROBERTS, JR. STANDS IN VIOLATION OF THE U.S. CONSTITUTION AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA BAR RULES OF ETHICS AND DISCIPLINE. As Court of Appeals Justice in the Hamden v. Rumsfeld (2004) case, while case was under consideration, as a matter of public record, Roberts had conversations with now attorney general Alberto Gonzalez, who wrote the legal memorandum stating that the Geneva Convention Accords to which the U.S. is signatory, does not apply to the tortue of prisoners, military tribunals and imprisonment of kidnapped individuals now being unlawfully held at Guantanamo, Cuba; Roberts also had conversations with war criminals Cheney, Rumsfeld, Karl Roverer (real name whose father was an S.S. nazi and who maintains his German citizenship), Libby, Andrew Card, White House counsel. These conversations, while hearing a case under consideration constitute violations of ethic and disciplinary Bar rules and Roberts should have recused himself from even participating in the case, nowithstanding Robert's opinion, contrary to established treaty, constitutional, U.S. federal statutoryand academic scholar hornbook law, that Hamden's imprisonment is legal. This litigation is ongoing.
6. Finally, Rhenquist has written that Thomas Jefferson's claim that the First Amendment stood as a "wall of separation between church and state" a "misguided metaphor based on bad history."
7. Egalitarinanists must prevent the mistake of permitting another human rights violator to sit on the U.S. Supreme Court.
