PROTECTING THE RIGHTS

postamble();        Well once again some people have filed a law suit against a Christian thing. This time it is the cross placed where Utah state troopers fell, in the line of duty. I understand that these people feel the cross infringes on their veiw, and the goverment should protect these people. So the question is how to protect these people who are offended. Remove all of the objects that offend, at great expence then not allow such object's in the United States. Or remove the offended? This can be done with little expense to the tax payer. First remove the offended to a patch of NM, AZ, or NV sand. Then inform the offended that the United States, will not allow tv, radio, newspapers, magazines, or other material to be in their possesion. They are not allowed to have money, or a drivers license since these can be offensive. This space of sand is the only place they can be, so the United States can protect them, and their right not to be offended. Since they may object, the second choice is to be removed outside of this country so nothing in this country can offend them. So the rights of the indiviual is protected and the country as a hole can be protected the Offended must be placed in a position of protection. The place of protection is by designation the choice of the United states and not the individual. So lets apply the protection as of now.

CHRISTMAS GOT LOST

       I left the farm today, to do some Christmas shopping and to see the big city again. Since I left the big city five years ago, I seldom go back. But it's Christmas and some people will not be happy with a jug of home made syrup, or a jar of jam, so off to the city I went. The drive was nice, it takes about an hour, so lots to see. I was really antisipating the stores, people, and the Christmas lights. Yes the Christmas lights, these I first found when I was about eleven years old. When I was younger my grandmother always used ribbons, bows, and cones to decorate. The first stop was Salem WV, and as we drove into town you could see that they were doing their best to have Christmas lights. Salem is just a spit spot beside the freeway but they do have a Christmas there. To the bank we went, you always need money in the big city. As I sat in the truck waiting Santa Clause suddenly appeared and walked up to the truck. He smiled and handed me two small suckers, saying have a Merry Christmas, and just as quickly disappeared down the street. That was differant, strange, warming to my soul, maybe Christmas was still the same as I remembered.

       On to the big city we went, up to the shopping Mall. There were people around, but nobody was saying Merry Christmas, I mean nobody. The clerks were pleasant but didn't express any Christmas greetings, just give me the money and move along. So I moved along from store to store spending money for things, that just became more weight to haul through the Mall. No lights, no music, no Santa or Elves, soon I couldn't wait to leave. Boy I was glad to leave that place, hoping since it was now dark to see the Christmas light of the big city. Traffic was thick so we drove slowly through town. Every where I looked there were no Christmas lights, and I do mean nowhere, not on the streets, not on the house's, not on the stores, what happened, were are the Christmas light's? It's true what the news had been saying, I couldn't beleive it Christmas had gotten lost in the big city. It was just give me money and move along, next please. This is what Christmas had become in the big city. The trip home was long and I kept wondering what had happened, who had take Christmas, who had frightened the big city so that they wouldn't show Christmas. Well as soon as we got home we turned on the Christmas lights and that helped, But I will tell you. It will be a long time before I go back to the big city. I'll do my shopping on-line, because the e-mail always say's "Merry Christmas".  postamble();

DO I THINK

postamble();        People ask me what I think about things, and I express my thoughts. This time the question is Christmas restrictions. I do not understand why some people insist that the have some right to force their will upon everyone else. But today you find these people trying to use the courts to do their will, and as I know the rule of law can be used for just this purpose, and very effectivly. When you look at the picture of this drive you can plainly see that this is just a ploy by some groups to seize control of your life, by circumventing your right's for their rule. This type of control has been around for many years, and has been used successfuly many times in the past by Dictators, Goverments, and coporations to enforce their rule over the whole. A good example being used right now is the seizure of private property for finacial gains. This is an example, that is the same as you can not celebrate Christmas. This ploy will be used more in the courts as time goes on, just look at what individuals, groups, organzations, corporations are involved in the courts and the case's they have filed to remove your right's and replace them with their rule. Anyone using the courts and the so called "RIGHTS" laws can get a ruling in their favor two out of three times. If by chance the probible ruling might go against the goal then they just move to a new court or change the filing so the decision will be in their favor. There is only one way to stop this, that is to make the courts responsible for their decision's. Doing this by jailing, monetary injury, or deportation would put some stops in the system, but here is the rub the courts think of themselves as "GODS", and they like to "CREATE".

RUNNING FIGHT

postamble();        Well after many months and many court hearings, I now have a hearing for discovery. Now the prosecutor will have to turn over his information for me to examine, and then we can start the court procceses for examination and delays. Can't have a trial without full examination of all the evidence, and statements.

       During the court hearings the prosecutor admitted that I couldn't have a peace bond, or restraining order, because it couldn't be enforced. "Pardon me" a peace bond, or restraining order is a court order, and can be enforced to the tune of money, and, or jail time. Only the criminals are personal clients of the prosecutor so he isn't in favor of the court orders, and will not submit them to the court. This hints at judicial misconduct, so I will be filing with the judicial reveiw board.

       Now here is one you won't beleive. I filed a motion of dismisal of this case to the circut court. The next day the county magistrate sent me a notice that he had denied my motion. "What" wait he is a county magistrate not a circut court judge. But he has over ruled the circut court by stealing the circut court papers and making a ruling in his favor, so I asked the circut court to dismiss him and the court agreed. I then filed an appeal of his decision to the circut court. Let's see him explain to the circut court why he felt he was a circut court judge. His actions are also judicial misconduct so I'll be filing with the reveiw board.

       For so long these people have stomped over anyone they objected to, so when I came along they thought it would be the same "ol game". "Boy were they wrong"...
