2000

 

1.  Took part in National Day Parade 2000 (MOE Contingent)

 

2.  Obtained Bronze award in PS 21 Excel Convention

 

3.  Incentive trip to New York City to understudy the use of IT

     in US schools.

 

2001

 

1.  Project Manager, Multi-Disciplinary Project Work (MDPW)

     for 280 Primary 5 pupils. Planned and developed

     assessment rubrics and project workplan.

 

2.  Project Manager, Project HOPE (Helping Other People

     Through Enterprise).  Organised fund raising activities

     and  raised a total of $10 000 in aid of the elderly.

 

3.  Obtained Silver award in NQCC WITS Convention (Team

     Member).

 

4.  Awarded Outstanding Contribution Award (Individual &

     Team Member)

 

5.  Centre Administrator, Chinese Development Assistance

     Council (CDAC)

 

2002

 

1. Obtained Silver award in PS 21 Excel Convention (Team

    Member).

 

2.  Awarded best South Cluster 2 suggestion of the month

     (June) for  implementing online photo gallery.

 

2003

 

1. Graduated with a Specialist Diploma in Computer

    Networking  and a Specialist Diploma in Infocomm

    Security from Temasek Polytechnic.

 

2. Awarded Critical Infocomm Technology Resource

     Programme (CITREP) funding from Infocomm

     Development Authority ,Singapore (IDA) for the 

     Specialist Diploma in Infocomm Security course.

    (DSTA) on Teacher Work Attachment. Area of focus:

    Knowledge Management (KM).

  

2004

 

1.  Shared KM project under the professional development

     opportunities in the education service at Teachers Network.

     Project was also featured in PS21 challenge magazine(April

     2004 issue).

 

2.   Shared KM project and Teacher Work Attachment

      experiences at the Teacher Conference 2004.

 

3.   Awarded “Supportive Teacher Award 2004” by Asian

       Women’s Welfare Association (AWWA) for support in the

       integration of the physically challenged.

 

 

2005

 

1.  Coordinated and planned school’s Open House.

 

2.  Work Attachment to Training and Development Division,

      Teachers Network, Teacher Work Attachment Unit, MOE

      HQ.Involved in feasible studies and recommended

      proposals to enhance the teacher work attachement

      scheme and TN services.

  

3. Cooperating Teacher for NIE Trainee.

 

4. Involved in promotional video for Teacher Work Attachment

    scheme.

 

 

Community Service:

 

1997-2002

 

Volunteer, City Harvest Community Services Association (Befriender to the elderly). Involved in planning recreational programmes,counselling and hospital visits.
