Yesterday, I spoke to a fellow PSO of mine, who told me she was having problems with the system. If you get a succession of short calls, then the system will automatically log you off - not allowing you to access it again until it resets, which is usually the following day.
However, as it is half-term, 90% of these short calls at the moment are kids! Highly unfair, I thought, especially when it's through no fault of our own.
But this afternoon, I seemed to be lucky. Only 2 silent callers (which you can pretty much assume are kids most of the time), the rest, good calls!
My first call was a guy who didn't want to talk dirty. The conversation was pretty hard going, as he wasn't really much of a talker, so towards the end of the call, I was wracking my brains as to how to keep the conversation flowing. We'd pretty much covered the hobbies, the music, the football team, the holidays. So, I was quite relieved when he suddenly asked "are you going to talk dirty to me then?"
The funny thing is that he actually spoke more during this bit. Any hint of shyness had gone, as before long he was ordering me onto all fours, pleading with me to suck his cock before suddenly groaning "oooooooh I'm theeeeeeeeere!"
Sadly, after that he just hung up. No "thank you" or "good bye." Just put the phone down. I do often hate it when that happens. A simple "thanks" would be nice. Afterall, it is a service we girls provide.
My second caller of the day was a nurse and was extremely chatty. Wanted me to keep telling him how big my tits were.
"They're 36 d-d hun. Fancy filling your hands up baby?"
"Oh yeah, tell me again..." and so on. All in all, a long session with him, and he thanked me, and took my extension number. I have a sneaky feeling he'll be a regular.
The rest of the afternoon, was pretty quiet. A few standard calls, a couple more silent, until I eventually logged off in time for The Weakest Link.
Was going to work last night, but I became so into Brat Camp that I decided not to bother.
I couldn't believe the state of those kids, beating their parents up, swearing unashamedly, one of them 15 years old and already a binge drinker. I was amazed though, at the guys running the camp, and how calm they remained with the teenagers. It didn't matter how much the kids screamed, shouted, swore, cried, the guys just remained calm, adminstered the punishment (walking around the barn shouting "I must remember to tidy my gloves away" at the top of their voice) and that was it.
What was even more interesting was how some of the kids saw their behaviour and decided to change it - not because they wanted to go home, but because they actually wanted to change. If only we could do this for all difficult teenagers. Much better than a screaming match followed by "go to your room!" It never worked when I was that age, anyway.
Emotionally a good day. Had a walk up to the shops to get my ingredients in for pancakes. Spring is just around the corner, I can sense it. The grass seems a brighter green and the daffodils are poking through the soil. Oh, and I noticed that my Hydrangea has the beginnings of buds! We are on the way! I've never been good with Winter. I find it the most depressing time of the year, but when things start to wake up again, it's kind of like my happy emotions do. As my nan used to say to me; "wait until you hear the cuckoo, then you know we're there."
