In loving memory of Moggie.

Mood: A little emotional
Listening to: Total Rock FM

Well, I've decided to apply to a new company. The details came through the post yesterday, and after flicking through the operator handbook, I have to say, I am very very impressed. This company seem to be much bigger than my present one, so that means more calls! (and more money!) All I have to do now is get a few references about the company from other ops (it pays to do your research first) and then I'm going for it!

The time has definitely come to move on. It's my opinion that if you stay with a company for too long, you can start to get a bit stagnant. There's nothing wrong in branching out a bit.

Wednesday's shift was dire! A series of very short calls. What didn't help matters if that the system kept logging me off. How on earth am I supposed to maintain a good hold time when the quality of calls is poor? Guys who don't want to talk, kids etc.

But last night was much better. Another slave gained. A guy who wanted to be treated like a naughty schoolgirl. He also had his Master with him and between us, we took it in turns to humilate him, use dildoes and get him into various positions. He enjoyed it enormously, and came back for more. In total, he spent an hour with me, happy to do anything either I or his Master ordered. It also helped me to brush up on my domination skills which won't do me any harm.

He certainly has the makings of a permanent slave. I have a sneaky feeling I will be hearing from him on a regular basis.

I have been so cold for the past few days. I don't have central heating in my house at present, and I'm sure I passed a penguin on the stair's the other day! Being in a rented property with a landlord who doesn't like to spend money, I don't have cavity wall insulation or double glazing - and I can't put it in either, even if I had the money to do so. Ridiculous isn't it? I bet my landlord is nice and warm during this cold snap.

I did have a walk up to the shop yesterday, and I must admit, the kid came out in me. Walking in all the "un-trodden" snow, throwing snowballs at hubby, even toying with the idea of building a snowman in the back garden! Mmmm, maybe that would have been going too far, don't you think?

But even the cat is fed up with the weather. He usually likes to go out at about 5am, but this morning when I opened the door, he took one look at the garden, and stalked back into the lounge. Poor little love is really frustrated. He likes to be outside but it's too cold for him.

I keep looking for signs of spring - the early daffs are poking through. I do love the "tete a tete" variety of narcissus - so small yet perfectly formed with yellow nodding heads. Always makes me think we are on our way to warmer weather.

I'm aching to start planning my flower borders - so much to do. And my clematis needs a good prune. I reckon about 4 to 6 weeks, and we will be well on our way! Fingers crossed!

Oh and before I forget, I would like to share the memory of my cat with my blog readers. Moggie, my little baby, died in May of last year. Sunday will be his birthday and he would have been 8 years old. So in today's entry, I'd like to send him a great big kiss and hug. Miss you sonxxxxx
