Lots going on, been a bit rubbish with updating the blog........

Any way HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok So got fucked up on Saturday on nasty arse larger, then Beer and the vodka shots..... but we had a cracking night.

The highlight had to be Dave having to put his socks over the top of his trainers so we could get into a night club (They don't allow trainiers). It nearly worked but every one was pissing them selfs in the queue..... the bouncer spotted it and let him in any way, I think he fell sorry for him.

So after all that abuse, I was looking forward to getting back to the business of training, got me a used car so I can start traveling around again ...... but ...... I am fucking ill. (any suggestions to get rid of it would be great)

I am on a cool mix of Beechams, Halls, Airwaves, Warm Cola with ginger and lemon, Vit C, Green Tea and any other stuff I can get my hands on.

Well the physio will not clear me for my next fight so I have had to pull out ...... BALLS!!!!!! Apparently running 3 times a day and other training is no good for my back

Not sure when my next fight will be.

Busy Weekend

We had one of our fighters, fighting at the battle in Brigg for the
"Pride and Glory" Promotion. Ian Lorentz has been a big part of the team
for about 3 years and on Saturday he picked up his 2nd MMA win.

He beat Robin Robson by Armbar 2.16 Rnd 2, He had a soild performance
and got some good time in the ring. I had a chat with him and he is well
up for some more!!!
