Luis Charamelo

Teacher, actor and director... I looked up to him. He's gone. I can't believe he's gone. I talked to him last Wednesday... He seemed to be ok... but he was not. I wish I'd known you better.

Rest In Peace Luis...

Remember the best advice I got from

excellent chess teacher. If you are not losing then you are not playing a strong enough player; you are not learning.

Study how you act. Make a small improvement each time. Soon you will be a very skilled actress.

He stayed with my family for three months during the 1977-78 school year, and accompanied us on a car trip to Utah that summer. Since then we have mostly kept in contact through emails and Christmas cards, and I saw him a few years ago when he and his fellow Amity aides came to Minnesota.

He was a good friend, and he\'ll be missed.

    Buenas noches,

buen príncipe; que cánticos de ángeles

    te lleven al reposo.
