tools i'll be using
Mood: post-holiday slump
to my path of improvement
- self-motivation - hopefully most days that will work
- prayer/bible reading
- reading motivational books - currently the power of a praying woman
- trying my best to keep a good attitude
- become better at adapting the 'if you cant say something good, don't say anything at all' philosphy
- stick to SOME form of exercise at LEAST 3 times a week
- doing a craft with my hands at LEAST one weekend a month.....either a sewing project, crotchet project, or scrapbooking
- organize my photos into better, more clear concise groups
we will see how it goes....
