Better me

so much for change today

as i sit here drink my water - GOOD GIRL - and eating my hershey bar with almonds! 

i guess my mind is tricking my stomach into thinking it must start consuming more content.....for the starve ahead....good grief.....

ate one taco for dinner last night...then at 9:30pm i was eating a pancake i made! 

there is always tomorrow to start AGAIN, right?

But i have figured out a project to begin with my hands...a new afgan (?sp) under the beginner category....lol...hopefully it will go as easy as the 'lil' blanket i made for my baby when she was just born!

Mood: post-holiday slump

to my path of improvement

  • self-motivation - hopefully most days that will work
  • prayer/bible reading
  • reading motivational books - currently the power of a praying woman
  • trying my best to keep a good attitude
  • become better at adapting the 'if you cant say something good, don't say anything at all' philosphy
  • stick to SOME form of exercise at LEAST 3 times a week
  • doing a craft with my hands at LEAST one weekend a month.....either a sewing project, crotchet project, or scrapbooking
  • organize my photos into better, more clear concise groups

we will see how it goes....
