Sunburnt and Feelin Fine!

Mood: So Very Happy
Listening to: NFL Draft on ESPN

Hey Ya'll! How has your weekend been? Mine was very busy, but very rewarding. I couldn't be happier. The Walk - a - Thon for Child Abuse Prevention was yesterday. I did a pretty good job of organizing it all and making sure the participants didn't get confused as to which table to go to. It was really nice.

Let's see. I guess the most important thing is that we raised $  914.19! That's right! Nine hundred fourteen dollars and nineteen cents! I couldn't be more proud! I guess it's worth the sunburn on my face. I came home and Steve said I was glowing I was so red. Mahahahh! We had a really good time. My momma made these *beautiful* certificates to give to people. We have a bunch left. We also have a lot of T-Shirts left. So, we're going to sell the T-Shirts. Im also going to see if Momma can get s'more of that paper, if TRIBE can pay for it, and print off more. Ok, Im getting ahead of myself. Let's get organized!

Yesterday there were a lot of bumps in the road. Like, the gates weren't open and we couldn't even get to the track. So, that got fixed. We got all the tables set up. Name tags on the tables. I just had a problem getting the finance person [the gal taking the donations and doing change and alla that stuff] to get there! It started at noon and at 11am she was out collecting donations! So, I called her and she got there within five minutes. Love her heart. I had one person sitting at the 'enrollment' table and she had her own forms and her own clipboard. Then the donations table is where they get their certificate and pay their money, she had her own clipboard and her own forms. Then there was the T-Shirt table and the "Chance to Win" Table. Each volunteer had their own clipboard and their own forms to fill out. We made 70.00 off of the chance to win! We made 300.00 at the door and the rest of the money came from me and a few others going out to businesses to collect donations. We did a great job though.

The local newspaper, click here to view it online, came and took pictures as well as write an article. When the woman got there that was to write the article, there weren't many people walking [as it was after 3pm and it was over at 4pm!] The picture taker woman got there right when it started and that's when we had the most people show up. My uncle Michael came, Caitlin and my momma came as well. That made me feel so happy. Steve's momma came and she brought some friends! I was so happy.

We had all kindsa pop [pepsi, diet pepsi, mountain dew] and water for free out in coolers for people to get, we had two huge fruit trays out as well as some homemade cookies out. All of that was donated to the event. Six businesses set up tables and the local Headstart place set up a face painting table for children. Cary took pictures so as soon as I get some emailed to me, I'll post them.

Since we had a lot of T-Shirts left over, Im going to do something for you guys. We're going to sell them for Five Dollars a piece. If you send me an email and let me know you want to purchase one, tell me your size. I will hold on to it. Once I receive your check, I will mail it to you. You don't have to pay for shipping [as long as you're within the United States]. I just need you to email me and say, "I want this size of shirt, here is my name and address, and I'm mailing the check or money order on this date for this amount." If you want two shirts, it'll be ten dollars. All checks and/or money orders need to be payable to TRIBE. We have sizes Large - 2XL. They're white jerzee brand tshirts. On the upper left hand corner is a circle with a band-aid through it. Over it it says "Join The Cause Stop The Pain' and then the TRIBE logo is under it. On the back it has "Child Abuse Awareness Walk - A - Thon" across the top with the date 4 - 29 - 06 under it. Then it says Sponsored by: and has 4 local businesses. One is Pepsi, Spectrum Outreach Services, Ltd, B & D Enterprises, Bartrums. That's it. All the writing is in dark purple. I will post a picture asap. We're also going to try to sell these t-shirts for five dollars at school. The money we collect is going to go to the TRIBE club so that when we do our next event, we can have more than thirty dollars in our club bank account.

Ok, I'll update more tonight. I'm on my way to the store to get stuff for supper tonight. I just wanted ya'll to know that you can buy them.

What You've All Been Waiting For!

Mood: Happy
Listening to: Nothing at all

Alright guys. Here's what you've all been waiting for. I finally uploaded the pictures, resized them, put them on photobucket and now I'll put them here. Not all of them, as there are over 40 pictures, but you'll have the link to go and look at the rest. Ok? ok. Here we go.

This is the view from our floor of the hotel. That road is the road we drove in on. We came from the bottom of the picture though. That's going further south. We were on the 14th floor [out of 15 floors].

That is the parking garage [on the right] and the hotel check in place [on the left with the turquoise sign]. You drive on that brick road, stop infront of the door, and check in. There was a parking garage in our hotel. You can see part of our hotel on the left. It was shaped like an L. That is the road we came in on and if you go right you're going further south.

This is looking through the sliding glass door in our room. I woke up and saw this each morning. This was on the first day we got there, which was the most beautiful day while we were there.

Standing on our balcony [as you can see the rail in the bottom right hand corner cause im such a great photographer] you can see the sundeck of the hotel as well as the beach and ocean.

This is looking to the left while standing on our balcony. Beautiful, no?

This is looking to the right while standing on our balcony.

This is looking straight out from our balcony.

So as you can see the first day was absolutely gorgeous. We got there around 11am and were able to go ahead and check into our room. So, what is the first thing that Steve done when he got there [after bringing up all of our luggage of course]?

He went directly to that beautiful view! Isn't he so cute?!

Because it was so hot that day, we decided we would go swim in the ocean. WOW! Ok, the ocean was FREEZING cold. It was so much fun. Lucky for ya'll, I did get me a water proof camera so here are some pictures from us swimming in the ocean.

Our hotel. We were the 2nd floor down from the top and the 2nd room over from the right.

I know that wave looks tiny, but it nearly killed me.

This is after i nearly drowned and i came up for air. I had salt water in my eyes, my mouth, my nose, everywhere! That wave was evil.

Steve thought it was hilarious. :(

Myrtle Beach - Part 2

Mood: Happy
Listening to: Train going by

Because the ocean was so freezing cold, we decided to go swimming. My legs were NUMB. Steve does not know how to take a picture at all. I wanted this to be a good picture. Look at him. *sigh*

So we were outside in this huge hot tub thingy with all these people and then it was dinner time. So, we got out and we went to eat. We were both exhausted. When we came back from dinner it was about 7:30ish and the hottub inside stayed open until 9pm so we decided to go to the inside pool / inside hot tub area cause the wind was blowing and it was freezing when you're in a bathing suit!

Steve gets in the hot tub just fine. He did NOT want this picture taken as you can see. Mahahahhaha!

Because Im clumsy, I nearly drowned getting into the hot tub. It is 3 feet of water and look at me! I was bone dry when i got in. I slipped off of the step, flew backwards, went under, got my bearings, came up, and was getting the hair out of my face. See the fear on my face?! Mahahah!

So we stayed in there for a bit but we were exhausted so we went back up to the room [here's some pictures of it, as I didnt show them before]:

That was day 1. We woke up the next morning and went and ate breakfast at the buffet thingy the hotel had. We then noticed how we weren't going to get to swim in the ocean again because the weather wasn't so great...

So we decided we'd go downtown to the Pavillion and do some shopping.

This is the Pavillion. It's really just a road that is parallel to the ocean that has shops and all kindsa entertainment stuffs to do.

It's even got an amusement park with rollercoasters.

I thought this was too cute. Mahahah!

More of the Pavillion

We got hungry so we went to this place:

It's in the right hand corner, not subway. It's called Boardwalk Bills Bar and Grill. It was delicious. We sat in the window and had this view:

Part 3 of Myrtle Beach [Last Part]

Mood: happy
Listening to: otis playing with a piece of paper

So we just spent the rest of the day shopping. We also went into Ripley's Believe it or not! Museum as well as a 4D motion theater:

That is me standing beside the world's tallest man in Ripley's Believe It or Not! Mahahahah!

This is us in the 4D theater. We had to wear those funky glasses. Water shot in our faces and everything during that movie! it was hilarious! I look like Im getting ready to bite someone in this picture. Mahahah!

After all of the shopping we went to a restaurant called "Cheeseburger In Paradise" and it was delicious! I'll have to get their link and post it. Im mainly doing this entry to show y'all some pictures. I'll be doing a "real" entry soon with more words and stuff. lol! After dinner we came back and got in the hot tub. It felt great. Want proof?

Evidence.

Because we got up so early and stuff, we went to bed around 10 or 11pm. We got up the next day and I only had a black and whtie camera left so the rest of these are going to be in black and white. Sorry. We went to a place called Broadway at the Beach. It had a Hard Rock Cafe and TONS of shops.

Before we left for Broadway on the Beach. I love this picture of Steve.

The ocean before we left. It was kinda dark out and it was only in the upper 60's. So it was too cold to swim in the ocean. :(

Me standing on the boardwalk at broadway on the beach. They had a huge lake built there and they built the shops all around this lake. The lake also had ducks and fish that you could feed. there were tons of restaurants and everything.

Looking across the lake. That big circle like place in the middle is a seafood resaurant. Each restaurant has a deck [as you can see on the right side] where you can sit and eat. It's beautiful. There's a fountain in the middle of the lake, too. You can also take them canoe rides like they do in Italy. Miss Jackie woulda just loved it! Ya'll know what I'm talkin about right? Those really long canoes where the guy sings and paddles you across the water. Those.

This is another view. Tchocky: you woulda loved these shops. They had *EVERYTHING* They even had an entire store dedicated to 70's, 80's, and 90's bands and I saw bagillions of Radiohead stuff. From T-shirts to those metal lunch boxes to pens and paper. Everything! The silver and gold is super cheap here too. I just got me 2 new silver rings. LOVE THEM!

That is a picture of the steak house. Delcious, I must say!

This is a picture of all of the shops. Just pretend those buildings are painted different colors and they're pastel. There are Christmas lights hanging and twinlking different colors. Each striped thingy is a different shop. There were tons. That was just one little section.

Told you there was a Hard Rock Cafe. It was on "celebrity circle" on Broadway at the Beach. :)

We also went to Ripley's Aquarium and that was so neat. I took a lot more pictures but don't have them downloaded yet. Mahhaha! Sorry! I do have some of the sharks that were swimming over us. What you do, incase you have no idea what thsi Aquarium place is... You pay a bagillion dollars. You go into this HUGE place. They have a manmade salt water HUGEMONGUS lake/ocean thingy. Well, at the bottom of it is like a hallway that's kinda rounded and there's glass from your waist up, even on top. So you can see the fish, sharks, eel, stingrays, turtles, craps, starfish, etc. It is really neat. Here's a couple pictures from there.

Not sure if that is the same shark, but the bottom one swam directly over my head so i just looked straight up and took a picture in hopes it would turn out cause the flash was reflecting off of the glass. Man I miss my digital camera. :(

That's all of the pictures I have uploaded right now. There will be more, I assure you. I just wanted ya'll to see what all we did. Oh, after we left Broadway at the Beach we went back to the hotel and swam in the pool and hot tubs, yanno the normal stuff. We also went for a walk on the beach and night and we'd sit out there at night on our blanket for awhile and just be. We went seashell hunting and everything. I'll just post these last few pictures of me and Steve for ya'll to see then I gotta get all of this stuff unpacked and these clothes washed! Sheesh!

alright, i'll be making a post within a few days of the stuff we bought [for tchocky] and all of the crazy things that happened on the trip to and from and probably some more pictures. :) Hope ya'll enjoy!

I'm Baack!

Mood: Worn Out
Listening to: Steve sleeping

Ok, so I'm back. I got in last night around 11pm or so. I had a lot of fun. The weather didn't really agree with us being there, though. :( We were in the ocean the first day, but after that it was GRRRR!!! Steve and I did a lot of things though. I took tons of pictures which I should be getting this weekend. Gonna have Wal*Mart put em on a CD for me so I just can upload em for ya'll to see. :)

Got some beautiful pictures of the ocean that I'll show ya. I did a lot of shopping. Today I have to unpack and I'm starving. I know ya'll were wanting a real update, but you'll get it ... probably tomorrow when I have pictures. Right now Im gonna read up on everyone's blog. I gotta make Otis an appointment. I've gotta get all of this laundry done and all of these gifts sorted. Plus, I'm starving. lol!

I'm only going to run to walmart and drop off these things of film. OMG! Mahahahah! Steve and I were in the ocean. I gotta tell ya'll this. I bought 2 water proof camera thingies. So, we were in the ocean and I wanted Steve to take my picture. Well, Just as he went to take my picture a wave hit me and he took a picture of me nearly drowning. THAT should be a nice picture. :(  I hope those turned out ok! Never used a waterproof camera before.

Ok, time to get all of this crap in order. Plus, I have to put together an outline for a speech and study for a midterm. I also gotta make some phone calls. I will *so* go into the details of each and every day this weekend. It mainly consisted of shopping and visiting different places. :)

Hope ya'll had a good week. I love the beach, but man it's nice to be back. I missed Otis so bad. lol! :)

I'm So Excited, I Just Can't Hide It!!

Mood: Excited!!!
Listening to: Because Of You by Kelly Clarkson

First of all, Happy Easter to all of you! I can't hide it anymore now... I am so excited, guys! That icon up there is clearly me right now! LOL! Im leaving in just a few hours for the beach. I know it's going to be great. This is the first trip steve and I are going on alone. We went to Arkansas but that was to visit bubby. We're both really excited. I've been a busy lil bumble bee this weekend!

Ok I had to put that picture in there just because it makes me crack up every single time I look at it! Mahahahahah!! Im in such a great mood. Ok, so yesterday was *VERY* busy for me! I managed to do all of the laundry, pack all of our stuff, get all of the other 'stuff' like soap, razors, that kinda stuff packed. Steve and I fit all of our clothes in one bag! of course, it is a bag that the EMT people use to carry around the dummy that they practice on. Mahahahah! It's huge. So we have a total of 3 bags. I have one to carry to the beach everyday with our blanket in it, one for our bathroom stuff [thats what I call em], and one with my shoes in it. Steve is taking one pair of shoes. I have about 40. You never know which flip flops/sandals/sneakers you'll need!

ROFLMAO!  ok that one is hilarious, too! lol!! Last night Steve and I went to the mexican restaurant and it was delicious! Then, we were going over to his parents house because his momma got us something for Easter. When we got there, we found out they had been gone all evening. Seems they forgot they told us to come over. OH WELL! C'est la vie! They'll just have to wait and see us when we come back. Doesn't matter to me anymore!

MAHAHAHAAHAHAH!!! ok that one is hilarious too. Sorry. So yeah. It's about 8pm and tonight around 1am Steve and I are leaving. We're going to drive there through the night time, as it will be less traffic. Also, we wanna watch the sunrise on the beach. I've got about 5 or 6 cameras total that im gonna be taking pictures with. I've got water proof cameras thats good up to 50 feet under water, a black and white camera and 2 normal cameras. Im a bit of a camera/picture maniac!  Mahahah! We've still gotta stop at walmart and get some ice for the cooler, along with stuff to snack on and some beach towels. Other than that, we're set! We ARE going to have a blast!

Isn't that icon the cutest? Two raisins raisin the roof. Mahahahahah!!! We're going to go to Ripley's Believe it or not and things like that. We're gonna go to the Pavillion on Myrtle Beach in the evenings. There's also a pier near our hotel. That's gonna be nice. I'll be thinking about you guys while I'm layin on the beach  and walking on the pier with the wind blowing and the smell and sound of the ocean all around me. I might even go fishin off of the pier!  Who knows! Mahahha!

I'll be back on Friday. Don't worry ya'll will get the full story of everything we did, I'm sure! I hope ya'll have a great week. For those of you that have my cell number, I'll have it with me. I don't want you to think I'm abandonning you. lol! I love you guys and I hope your week isn't too rough. Hang in there. I'll miss you guys!

A kiss for you!

15. What's the last film you've watched?
"Kingdom of Heaven"

16. If you become a billionaire overnight, what would you spend your money on first?
Paying off every single thing my entire family and myself owes on. I think getting my family out of debt completely would be a huge weight off of everyone's shoulders.

17. Tell us something we don't know about you.
Mahahahah! Ok. Let's see. Im pretty open on here, let me think. Ok, so I asked Steve and this is what he told me to write.
Everytime I leave my grandparents house in the night time, I have to stop, turn the light on and survey the entire porch for sprickets before I'll take a step outside. Then, I'll take one step outside, survey again. I'll keep doing that all the way to my car. Sometimes, though, I just run straight to my car.

18. If you could change one thing in the world, apart from politics, what woudl it be?
I would build homes and/or apartments for the homeless to get people off of the streets and set up some type of agency that they could learn a trade [barbering, doing hair, typing, computer skills, whatever] so that they could turn their life around. Their rent would be free as long as they attend class and have a certain GPA. The state would pay for their schooling as "rehabilitation."

19. Do you like dancing?
I love it. I dance everywhere...even when it is inappropriate!

20. George Bush:
is the president. That is that.

21. If you had (had) a girl first, what would you have called her?
I would have called her my daughter. Mahahha! Ok, so a name that I like is Isabelle.

22. If you had (had) a boy first, what would you have called him?
I would have called him my son. I would also like to call him Micah.

23. Have you thought of living in a foreign country?
Yes and I think I would move, depending on the foreign country.

24. What would you like God to say to you when you walk through the gates of Heaven?
Nothing. Just to be in Heaven would be blessing enough.

25. Who do you think will copy and paste this questionnaire onto their blog? Name 4 people:

Angel [on wednesday as she is off of work until then.]

Teri cause she has a specific blog for these types of things!

Jackie because she's gangsta

Aly cause she likes to do these kindsa things!

I would've said tchocky, but she's busy. i think if she finds this and reads it, she'll do it because it is so random. :)

Where I'll Be Next Week

Mood: Tired
Listening to: Numb3rs on TV

Ok, so because I'm overly excited, I wanted to post the pictures from the website of the place we'll be staying next week. Im so proud! It's a *nice* little resort.  If you want to see the website yourself and check it out... click here!!!

Now for the pictures!!

This is the restaurant inside the hotel called "The Santa Maria." It has a breakfast bar every morning and serves food thorughout the day up until 10pm, I think she said. It's really nice and it's rather affordable. Im really excited to not have to cook so much!! Oh, and it's on like the 7th floor [or so] and has great ocean views while you're eating.

This is inside the lounge called "Liquids." This is a coffee and martini bar. It's also inside the hotel. It looks rather relaxing, no?

This is the indoor pool that is heated. It has an ocean view and is going to be amazing for the times that I don't want to swim where the fishes use the bathroom, make babies, eat, drink and where sharks will chew you up. Mahahahah!

Ok, I know you're like 6 pools outside?! No way! You're right. No way. This is a resort we're staying at and there are several buildings that make up this "hotel." We're in the top left hand corner one. Caravelle Tower. We're within walking distance to these other pools and we are able to use them if we want. Tis a perk, I've been told. :)

This is the lazy river! It's goes through the lobby of the hotel even. This is going to be nice. It goes all around the pool. The picture on the right side is for the kiddies to have their own lazy river in the kiddy pool area. Aint that sweet? This resort, if you have children, will plan an entire day for the children to do activities in the "kids club" while you can go enjoy yourself as adults throughout the day. :) I highly suggest this place and I've not been there yet.

This is the outside bar and grill. It's poolside. The lil bridge you see in the left picture is how you leave the pool area and get to the beach/ocean. This is going to be nice because it's affordable and serves hotdogs, hamburgers, corn dogs, etc. throughout the afternoons outside by the pool/beach area!

This is one of the three hot tubs that are outside. That little house thingy is marco polo bar and grill. *drool*

This is the caravelle tower kiddie pool area. Aint it cute? Steve and I won't be going here...

This is the Ice Cream Shop outside around the pool. Actually, this particular picture is of a little beautiful girl loving up some ice cream with a butterfly on her face. The building that is Khaki color behind her is the ice cream shop. Mahahahah! Im going to NEVER want to come home!

Ok - so there's you some pictures and a website link to our resort hotel thingy place. I have 2 water cameras, 2 normal cameras and 1 black and white camera I'm taking with us. You will have some pictures posted, relatively quick, after I get back. This is all I had to say for this entry.

I'm exhausted. I've done fundraising and walk - a - thon promoting today from 9:30am - 3:00pm. That's a lot of walking and talking. Then, I dropped off Angie and I had to go to the store. I got home, ordered some food cause I refused to cook [yes after I went to the store. i dont care :P] and then I ate. After I ate I got changed and laid down, the phone rang. It was Melanie. I had to go meet the tshirt lady. So, I got back up and got dressed and went and met her. Then I came back, changed and laid back down. Just as I was relaxing, the phone rang. So I got back up and talked for a bit. Laid back down, Otis curled up next to me and one second I was watching CSI [a rerun], and the next minute it was 20 til 10pm! So, now Im going to go watch Numb3rs, even though I've missed the first half of it doing this entry. Ugh. I just remembered! I'll update Sunday before we leave.

A Woman's Poem

He didn't like my casserole

And he didn't like my cake.

He said my biscuits were too hard...

Not like his mother used to make.

I didn't perk the coffee right

He didn't like the stew,

I didn't mend his socks

The way his mother used to do.

I pondered for an answer

I was looking for a clue.

Then I turned around and smacked the crap out of him...

Like his MOMMA used to do.

Guess I should tell ya'll...

Mood: Tired. Got up early. Steves family = Drama.
Listening to: Extra! [Celebrity Sightings] on TV

Mahahahaha.... I'm such a bad momma. I rescheduled Otis' appointment. I didn't want to be on vacation and him be here and in pain. I also didn't want momma to have to deal with his stitches and all of that. I want to be here with him incase something happens. So, I rescheduled his appointment. He's going when I get back from the beach.

Steve and are going to this hotel: www.thecaravelle.com  We got a King Deluxe Suite that has a full kitchen, private balcony and separate living room. We're really excited. Today is my last day of classes this week. Im so tired.

I'll be spending the weekend getting everything together. I've got to get us a beach towel. Im going to borrow 3 tote bags from momma. One is for socks, underwear, etc., the other is for bathroom stuff, and the last is for us to carry out to the beach with us. I also need some sunglasses. That means a trip to Wal*Mart sometime this weekend. Momma is going to be staying here with Otis. Im glad. It makes me at ease to know someone is going to be here. =]

Well, I need to get in the shower. I have class from 2pm - 10:30pm today. That's a long day. They're back - to - back, too. Oh well. After today, I'll be at the beach! Do I keep rubbing it in? Sorry. Or am I?!

This lil Redneck is goin surfin'!

Mood: too excited
Listening to: otis purring

Aahh, Yes! This is where Steve and I will be sitting exactly one week from now!  On the 17th of April Steve and I are leaving for Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. We just up and decided to do this last night. We've been saving and he's getting a nice lil check this week. He's also on spring break next week and I'll only miss two classes total. My professors are being totally great about it, too.

I am so overly excited to be going!  We're staying in a *great* hotel. It's actually a resort! It's right in the middle of downtown Myrtle Beach which means we won't have to drive everywhere. There's tons of stuff to do at night time around there. I made sure of that when I booked the hotel. oh, and the hotel is *right* on the beach! We've an oceanview room. It's actually a king suite and has a jacuzzi tub!

I am so excited to be getting away, ya'll!  It has been a long time since I've went on a vacation. We're leaving on Monday, the 17th in the morning cause we check-in at 2pm on the 17th. Our reservations are for the 17th - 20th.  We'll leave on Friday morning. Check-out is at 11am. Im *SO* excited. Im going to get me a camera before we go and I will be taking TONS of pictures.

I'll be making one more post before we go.  I have a lot to do this week. I'm getting all of my school work caught up for next week. I'm also going to spend tomorrow cleaning. On Sunday I'm going to wash the sheets and blankets. Momma is going to come and baby sit. Otis is going to get declawed, fixed and his shots up-to-date tomorrow morning. Gotta have him there at 8:15am.  He gets out on Thursday. So I'll go pick him up on Thursday. It's going to be so lonesome without him here Tuesday or Wednesday.  When I go on my trip I'm gonna hate leaving him, but I'm going to have a blast.  Thanks for watching him, momma! Oh, and Momma - no parties at my house while you're here alone. You know I've   n e v e r   done anything like that in your house while YOU were away.

Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday are going to be spent with me cleaning the crap outta this place, doing laundry up and packing. Steve and I got a room that has a kitchen [a full kitchen] so we can buy drinks and lunchmeat and stuff like that so we don't have to eat out the entire trip.  It's going to be so nice. I simply can't wait. It's only about a 9 hour drive total, as well. That's not bad at all. I *love* the smell of the ocean so I wanted to have a balcony that I can see the ocean. That's what I got. Our hotel has 2 pools inside and 2 pools outside. Both inside pools are heated. It also has a hot tub in the shape of a heart on the rooftop! Also, there are places to lay out and sunbathe on the rooftop.  Can't wait! It's got it's own resturant, martini bar, tiki bar [refreshment stand] near the pool.

This last picture is a picture that is actually of Myrtle Beach. Im going to enjoy myself. Like I said, I'll be updating again before I leave. I just might get on one of them banana boats!  Im going to get me a waterproof camera and take some pictures. Lord only knows what they'll turn out like. Steve and I are going to eat at Medieval Times. I love that place. He's never been there. I really can't wait. Im ready for the summer weather. Let's hope it's nice while I'm there. I hope ya'll are having a great week, I know I am!

BTW: I have a question for ya'll. How many of you have decided on a Sunday to go on a trip and then went the following week. Is it normal to be this spontaneous?

New Toys to Play With!

Hey ya'll! I know you can see I've added 3 things to my blog. It'll probably take my blog *forever* to open. Sorry bout that.

First thing:
The bright blue box with the words. That is so neat. When you run your mouse of it, the letters get afraid and run everywhere in that blue box. When you move your mouse away from it, they go back in place. You can go to the website and get one. You can also make it say whatever you want. You just copy the code they give and paste it into your sidebar under preferences.

Second thing:
Fridge Magnets. Those're so neat. Ya'll can move em around and make it say whatever you want then click 'save message'. That way others can see it. I thought it was cute. I had to shrink the dimensions of it to make it look right on here, so if ya'll get that, email me and I'll tell you how to alter the code to make it look right. You just look for height = anumber and width = anumber. Shrink those numbers down to like height 300 and width 220. Should be good to go. You can do that with everything on the sidebar, btw.

Third Thing:
Mood Generator. It's so cute. Has pictures of cats and kittens. Look through em. I know it's small, sorry. You can click on the link and it'll take you to the original one and it'll be bigger. I just love it! You post it into your sidebar the same way.

Enjoy!

The Website

Ok so I forgot to add the website I got these fun things!

I'll also put it up in my sidebar under the favorites. Ya'll be sure to check it out. The codes they give, by the way, you can insert into the comment boxes and it'll post the picture. just be sure to get the *entire* code. :)
