fees for middle income students. That does not increase All
Canadians Rights.

All you have done is take an extremely small segment of society, give them more money which in Your mind, gives them more Rights to live in a differnent place. Or, have taken a small extremely small segment of society, give them a little more money, which in Your mind gives them more Rights as in having a smaller student loan upon graduation.
Jack, you are confusing Increasing Personal Rights for ALL with allowing only a small segment of society an easier, no personal choice, easeier way of life. Students who would have no personal choice in their tuition, but Your choice of using other peoples money withouth their Personal choice for them.
Understand yet Jack. Takeing "A" (money) from many people (B+) and giving it to (C-)a small segment of society, while somewhat noble does not increase All Canadians Personal Rights.

An increase in a Personal Right is to allow a person to choose where and what to do based on all their choices they have made in their past all the way up to the present time WITHOUT GOVERNMENT INTERFERANCE AS IN RED TAPE. NOT to allow a person to choose something beyond their means from their choices they have made in their past.....that is not a Personal Right. That is a mistake on their part which is a Personal Right to make mistakes.....got it Jack.
An Increase in a Personal Right is for ALL Canadians, not some selected segment. Remeber the old Russian saying that, "some people are more equal than others". You seem to have this in the back of your mind in your decisions you are making.
