Stephen Harper has learned well from the Liberal Party in that he "ran" on his Policy Wonkie-ness to unsurp the Libs shotgun scattered emptiy lie-ing promises.
Once won, Stephen Harper learned the word "compartmentalization" of unpopular policies that contradicts his own Parties Promises. He learned from watching the Libs that unpopular decisions only last approximately 2 weeks in electorates minds. The Main Stream Media always has durig those two weeks something else more sexy to report on, therefore saving face of Stephen Harper.
Stephen Harpers' tough policy of silence, or towing the Party Line regardless of the Medias' question makes for interesting soundbites in that they politician answereing does not answere but gives a canned Policy Caucus phrase.
Prediction. This will eventually huant him as His (Stephen Harpers' Contradictions) will add up and keep adding up until next election.
