Steven Harper Conservative Party of Canada , technically telling the truth or technically telling a lie?

Mon Jan 16, afternoon....

I can't resist.  A quote from Harper below with my comments embedded.

Early last month, Harper went a step farther. He pledged fealty not only to universal public health insurance but to the iconic Canada Health Act, the federal statute governing medicare." (majere: the setup line to get you roped in)

Any (reform) plan must comply with the principles of the Canada Health Act," Harper said. (majere:  as decided by the Provincial Supreme Courts when its in our favour such as the Quebec ruling the Health Act still applies with a private system)  "Anything less is the violation of a sacrosanct commitment that all governments have made to Canadians  (majere:  like I said, the escape valve is that Harpie knows the Courts will change the Act in his favour, so he can say he still complies).   We must treat all patients equally for essential health-care services (majere:  note all patients that are there for services, not ALL Canadians),  regardless of ability to pay Ñ anything less is un-Canadian (majere:  the patients in the health-care services cannot be charged, what about the remainder of Canadians?).   We must maintain a single-payer publicly funded health system Ñ anything less is untenable  (majere:  yes, keep a public system available for THOSE who are the patients, not all Canadians).  There will be no private, parallel system."  (majere:  there can be a priviate outside the system which is stating that its not parallel for the remainder of Canadians)

Ok, so we have a public system because its Canadian and a private system that is not parallel for those who choose.

Don't forget, the Courts will be changing the Health Act in the Harpies favour.  He is going to play it by ear to get the not parallel system going.

Don't forget, if you don't believe in what he is saying and doing ........ your not a Canadian.

cheers :) majere

its pathetic seeing Jackie L begging for Fiberal votes, all jack had to do was listen btween my lines
