Why don't you break the S.David Frankel scandel for me?
I cannot find an investigative political/judicial journalist that can understand law written at the high school level and put it into a, I am assuming, a several part article.
It shows a Senior Crown Attorney who neglected to inform Canada that growing Cannabis is as if the laws were never written. In simpler terms, I could grow and posses a ton.
People are still being prosecuted, the government has and cannot re-criminalize it due to their lack of scientific ability to prove significant harm to society.
C'mon Kadie, read all of my blog and references please.
