Canada Veterans' Affairs
Added: this happened in 98 so a long time ago............... working on new evidence though.....
Ok, I got messed up due to work, applied for Veterans' Affairs and they and the Review Board xxxx me off.
During the first level, the Chairman admitted to not even reading my notes I took while I got messed up. What the xxxx is that all about?
The Review Board I am sure just read over my general notes instead ot the particulars.
Both Boards changed my diagnosis to one which is very mild to my actual major diagnosis. Again, what the xxxx.
Just prior I applied and was accepted as majorally messed up by CPP Disability as well as my Private Insurance Company, not mild. Again, what the xxxx?
Now my only recourse is to somehow bring in new evidence to "vary" the decision, because they originally xxxxxx up twice.
yes I am peeved.
does not happen too often though, thank god.
