Today I got cut a little and pink colour. My favorite Vietnamese girl was sick today so alternative artist did it. She did it quite well, but I still like Vietnamese girl who works very fast in efficient way.   Before that I went to a restaurant named `ocean` on Yonge. I enjoyed Asian lunch, which was composed of some spring rolls and noodle. I have to apply face skin lotion as soon as possible, tring not to get moisture away. Then apply body lotion, depending on feeling of each day I use some type of lotions. After that I put nail creams for cuticles. And I streach myself. Streach is very good way to keep your metabolism,  healthy and of cource, beauty. In meantime I drink a lot of water. It makes me relax and improves my metabolism. If you have very good metabolism, you wouldn't get fat even you eat  a lot and would have healthy organs , good digestive system and beautiful skin. So to take a bath is very important(not just shower) to keep your beauty. I always use form bath and read a book in a bath tub. Sometimes I massage my feet, legs, or belly gently. Sometimes I shave myself in the form. Sometimes I put treatment on my hair and wrap with foil and wait for a while. Sometimes I take care of my nails and cuticles. After I take bath for 30 minutues, I start to sweat. Then I finish reading and wash my hair. The best point of this product is this smell which I've been looking for. It's $22.00,  not so expencive. I sometimes put very little potion of this my hair.
