Jojo´s diary

2 are playing horses in our flat... see yogis tongue... somebody seems to be a bit finished, and thats not Jojo...

Saturday before x-mas we went to get a x-mas tree north of Hamburg. We could buy in in our street, but it is diffent to get in a bit in the countryside, where you can get as well a "'Gluehwein" a hot spicey red vine , a saugage an so on. Pete and Jojo knew exactly how big they wanted the tree, so they were very quick with their dicision, the tree got packed in a net and we put it in our car, Jojo could hold it from her back seat all the time.

At the 24th of December, when we celebrate in Germany x-mas, Yogi, Sabine, Corinna and her mother Jutta came for Dinner. Pete made a wonderful dinner. it was a real wonderful evening!

Pete got x-mas hats for everybody... We had goose, red cabbage, peas, carrots, rosmarin potatos, saugages in bacon, staffing, yorkshire pudding, cucumber-tomato salade with sheep cheese and as a desert appelcake with icecream and fresh fruits ...

Jojo got already some presents, even she got her other presents the next day. Now she things Santa Claus comes twice...

Saturday was Saint Nicholas day. That meant all kids have to clean their shoes very good so that Nicholaus put in some fruits and sweeets in the night to the 6th.

Jojo did clean her shoes, her daddy had to clean his ones as well she insisted.

Pete went with her to two big shops in our road and they left a shoe, to pick it up filles on saturday.

She could hardly sleep the night and woke up about 4 in the morning, very excited of course! And there were some nice fruits and sweets in her shoes and as well a little book.

On saturday we went to the shops where she left a shoe as well and could collect it filled with sweets, nuts and fruits. And she wanted a free picture with Saint Nicholaus

It was an exciting weekend for Jojo, as well her uncle Yogi came back and on sunday her uncle Reinhard came with Flavian, his son. And Jojo and FLavian had really fun togehter.

They had both already their nightsuits on because Reinhard had to drive home, about 250 miles, so FLavian would sleep in the car and home straight to bed.

Pete came a bit later, he went to watch our local football team playing: St Pauli.

This time we went to Groningen, only about 250 miles from Hamburg at the dutch boarder.

And Penny came as well! We all enjoyed that!
