Opportunity # 1......Weight loss.......funny how opportunities and things pop out at you - out of the blue. Or come to you as a side thought.  

Hubby and I are beginning to teach a couple of communication classes near by.  The on site location will be requiring a lot of walking  between each class.

I've been doing a lot of complaining lately ....as to how I don't have time or desire to "EXERCISE"

Opportunity # 1 just presented its self. Or let's say it jumped up and smacked  me right  in the face. With all that walking - I know - THINGS WILL CHANGE.
