In " How to win friends and influence People" Mr. Carnegie talks about positive ways to deal with people. He says the most important thing is that all of us has a feeling of IMPORTANCE.
To be honestely and sincerely appreciated. That we know we're wanted and or needed. Could you imagine what type of world this would be if that one thing was guarenteed EACH OF US?
Kind of like the rainbow of colors represented here. We're each different yet an important part of the whole picture.
