It's all in the mind

by: jamryn

Notes from "NATURE'S CURES "  By Michael Castleman.

Meditation? Does (TM) spring to mind? Only one way or many?  Becides Yoga how about - worshiping, praying, a women knitting, a man fishing or just sitting quietly by a lake or pond and enjoying nature.

Meditation can be many flexable ways to coping to stress, anxiety and other medical conditions that rob us of inner peace.

More and more  physicians are prescribing meditation as a part of the treatment for....Cancer....Depression.....Heart Disease......High Blood Preasure.....Infertility......Pain Management......Panic Attacks......Psoriasis......and Respiratory Crises.

My oppinion? Not in the book - is that we are rushing and pushing ourselves into a faster and faster life style.  Our bodies were and are only designed to take so much ...and no more. Exceed that amount and the body  starts screeming at us to slow down or I'M GOING TO SHUT DOWN !!!!!! Your choice.
