Control Success?

.......in my opinion we control THE CLOCK  we choose how long. whether if it is 1 day, 1 hour,1 min. or 1 sec. OUR CONCEPTSwe control what thoughts  that enter and exit our head and if thet are worth keeping or not OUR COMMUNICATIONSwe choose what words and or gestures we use  OUR COMMITMENTSwe choose who and what becomes most important to us - each day OUR CAUSESwe choose our own goals and how and when we choose to follow through. and OUR CONCERNSwe choose how we respond or react to those around us and how we will allow them to respond or react to us.

If I choose to see good in every one? To say I love all man kind?

If I choose to respect others opinions - even when it may be different than my own?

To see that the keys to God's kingdom is in the children?

To forget the hurt that my fellow man has caused and to want to show them a different choice?

To want to give - give - give till there is no more of me to give, knowing in GOD'S  LAW  it will all come back to me?

Would that make me successful?

It's all in the mind

Notes from "NATURE'S CURES "  By Michael Castleman.

Meditation? Does (TM) spring to mind? Only one way or many?  Becides Yoga how about - worshiping,praying, a women knitting, a man fishing or just sitting quietly by a lake or pond and enjoying nature.

Meditation can be many flexable ways to coping to stress, anxiety and other medical conditions that rob us of inner peace.

More and more  physicians are prescribing meditation as a part of the treatment for....Cancer....Depression.....Heart Disease......High Blood Preasure.....Infertility......Pain Management......Panic Attacks......Psoriasis......and Respiratory Crises.

My oppinion? Not in the book - is that we are rushing and pushing ourselves into a faster and faster life style.  Our bodies were and are only designed to take so much ...and no more. Exceed that amount and the body  starts screeming at us to slow down or I'M GOING TO SHUT DOWN !!!!!! Your choice.

Me - me - me

all I have time for is me. I'm the only one of importance. Don't get too close. Dont bother me.  Is this what our world is comming to?

 I certinaly hope not. There is a lot of things happening around us. Some good Some not so good, but have we so conditioned ourselves to tune out the negatives. 

If we don't see them. If they don't apply to us. They don't exist?  Have we so protected ourselves that we no longer see an abused women, a drug deformed baby, a homeless familey? If it's not happening to me - it's not happening?

Oh beware that we might get too close that we might accidently see or hear the pain of others and want to do something to stop it.
