Living healthy?
Medicate or Meditate? Mind over matter?
Is there a healthier way to go. More and more you hear someone say " I don't feel good", but how often do you hear that person say what there doing to to achieve better health?
Soul_Search2's blog "Melting Point" congered up some interesting thoughts and ideas. Personaly I like the sun - the more the better. Although walking and standing are bothersome for me at this time, I'd rather soak up my quota of vitamin D by spending time outside.
I haven't been feeling well - lately, but that's soon going to change. With the added finicial help - I've choosen a new docter and plan to start fresh - getting healthier. In my oppinion there are several path ways to take to reaching this goal. I don't have to choose only one or the other but can combine 2 - 3 or more.
As Michael Castleman says in his book NATURE'S CURES No single school of healing has all the answers, but most schools offer reasonable approaches to at least some conditions.
I prefer to take a more active role in bettering my health, rather than blindly following some doctors orders. My goal will not be only seeking a cure or live with it. I will be seeking more ways to experence physical, mental and spirtual wholeness.
