E.is for Explore. Get the whole picture. What actually happened?What part is your responsibility?Allow each to act upon their own responsibility.
A.is for Analyze. Seperate the facts from an assumption. Is there evidence that this event has to be out of your control?Or anyone's control?
D.is for Do. What positive actions can you take to create a different out come? What can you do to affectively take steps to reclaime control? Do it !
