And so we return to normal.......

by: jamryn

Question # 1.( after a death in the familey)  What is normal?  Is it the same for you and I?  Where do we go from here? Dare we be bold enough to jump back into life. Or just dabble a toe here or there.

I wish someone would have written a rule book with all these changes - writen out in detail.

Yet there lays the problem ....there is no such rule book....prepared for us. We write it daily .... as we move forward with our own lives.

I've fatancised for years as to who and what my other sister( in heaven ) was like. I've wanted to get closer and to get to know her.

Now my brother has gone to be by her side.  Leaving  us two girls behind.   50 - 50  - two in heaven and two here on earth.

Life will go on - Life will be great.....It's just not clear  - at the moment - as to where I begin  - again.

The Company that owned the ports was British, and nobody turned a hair, but only when Arabs bought the company did anyone even notice

My electricty supplier is an American owned company, my water supplier a french company. That is just good business.

Seriously Jamryn, if I was an American pensioner, would I be better off or worse of than I am in Britain ? This really interests me

I think many thought we sliped up and let them in for 9/11 and now we\'re handing them the key to the frount door?

Bush\'s policies and Ideas are all one big joke. Possabaly you might find an argument on eather side - good or bad - for assistance for pensioners in The United States.

Again in my opinion the majoriety of us falls through the cracks every time. Shoot - we can\'t even get Social Security to STOP deducting child support payments from a persons disability check - 6 to 7 months after it was COURT ORDERED FOR THEM TO STOP DEDUCTING IT.

The CHILD- is 20 - married and employed, supporting her own self.

Once you leave school here, thats it, no more child support from ex oarents, They are expected to start supporting themselves, and if at university or can\'t get a job, they get help from the government, and loans as well. Why don\'t you come live here for a while, see if you like it ?

Is Dubai not a close ally of the USA, same as Britain? Surely they have never done anyhting to harm America, and had nothing at all to do with 9/11, but then, neither did the Iraqui\'s

As for Dubai and the ports issue - I\'ll conceed that you and others most likely know more than I do and most likely are correct.

The real issue is most likely that we are all sooooooo confused trying to understand what Bush is thinking or if he even knowes that himself.

Never thought I would end up supporting Bush. I must be going soft in my old age.
