Notre Dame Football - we're 6/2 ( I'd say 7/1 - but not everyone agrees on that) Go Irish !
The car is back - no more sore feet from walking. Now I can get back to semi feeling like a Human.
There are 20 days left untill Thanksgiving. With the gas prices - how many will be traveling to grandma's house?
How is the economy going to effect -your - families efforts to gather and be thankful?
Will the economy and the recent disasters in this country produce a larger amount of homeless and or needy mouths to feed?
There are 50 days left untill Christmas. Will todays economy seriously cut into your holiday spending?
What things may you have to do different this year?
How will that effect your hopes and wishes for 2006 and beyond?
Sometimes we have to do something because we think it is right. No way to get out of it whatever the cost. When if ever, have you felt that way?
Who told us which was right and which was wrong?
How much credability does that person have or not have.
To some people - this world - today may seem to be steeped in a lot of anguish. In your opinion - what is causing that anguish?
Are we weeping over the right things?
If not - what should we be weeping?
When should we stop boo hooing and dig in our heels and - change things for the better?

Or in other words, what is my Worth.That could be harder to answer. A dictionary definition might say - a quality that renders something desirable, useful, valuable. Am I - do I think - did anyone ever think that I was - am - could be....DESIRABLE Well at least three different men thought so at one time or another.Since I've been married three different times. Yet then again - I think # 1. had a different adjenda in mind than I and that's why it became nessary to divorce him. # 2. God ( sorry people ) had something else in mind and that's why he ( hubby # 2) went on to heaven before me. # 3. I - ( he ) was an answer to prayer. An answer still being worked on.
USEFULL I seem to be usefull when others in our local or district ( Toastmasters Clubs ) don't have or are too lazy to go look up an answer as how to do something.
VALUABLE Which means would I be missed if I were gone? Hummmm......that's a hard one to answer. At the moment I would say hubby might miss me ..... no ( vearbal ) punching bag for him to beat up on. No one else would ever stand up to his CRAP.... As seeing my own value otherwise ...I'll have to think about that.

Why are you here?
Why - why - why- why - we ask all day long. Sometimes we get an answer sometimes we don't.
As I was watching Opra yesterday - she posed a question on the show.
Why am I here?
Good question - I thought. That's a good question that each of us could ask - and the answers would be extreamely interesting.
This morning hubby decides to let loose - his usual angry dribble as to how worthless I am, and the question again comes to mind.
Why am I here? - To be avalable - at a moments notice - to be the sponge to soak up HIS - hatefull put downs and aboundless ANGER. Sooooo others won't see just how STUPID he can be.
The fan was blowing cool air - instead of - simpley - turning off the fan - he figured that I needed an hours worth of screaming and vindictive put downs - as to my incompitance as to his being cold, etc. etc. etc.
What am I here for? Not that..............
