Yin - Yang,

What's the difference - really, don't we need one as much as the other?

 Are they not linked together in making this existance what it really is?  Can they be seen as balance and counter balance? With out one or the other  would we be stuck on one side forever and ever? Which side would you choose? How would we know what one side is with out describing the total opposite ?

Woop-eeee Hallelujah goodie goodie bring it on. I must be getting closer and closer to success, because the devel's throwing more and more shit in my way. 

Now the printer won't work. I've worked with it and my son( computer stuff - expert # 1 ) has worked with it.  I've got tons of things that need printing for the election on  April 15th.and the printer won't work.  I guess that means that I take it to kinkos and print it there.

Sometimes when every thing looks like it's falling apart - that is the time to celebrate.  The devel will do any thing possable to tear you down and keep you thinking negative.

  The closer you get to you're goal the more the devil slings in you're way. He knowes what GOD knowes and that the Devil never want's you to figure out  - that you are only micro-inches away from succeeding.

Winston Churchil said before and today I say  Never, never, never,never, never, never, never, never, never ever give up.

Polish anyone? I'm of German decent - I guess that's close enough.  All I know is both grew up on daily meals of  sourkrout, sausage,mashed potatos, chicken, etc. Here's a day to celebrate.

Hubby and I still get a laugh from a( true ) story told years ago.  This driver for a local handcapted service decided to celebrate. Instead of using his own car he used the van. He got so plastered that he backed the van into a tree and dented in the whole back end.  The next morning the boss asked what happened? The driver said - someone else took the van and recked it then brought it back and parked it in his drive way.  He stuck to that story for over a week and coulden't figure out why he was fired and didn't get his last pay check.

The following is intended to self kick myself back into existance.  You may disregard - unless you also need some ass kicking done.

OK !  maybe it wasen't exactely wishing - but you DID  think your way into that " Five-brdroom five -bath house in Buchanan and you did well as the Division leader in 1988." and you get your but in gear  - you can DO IT AGAIN !

Why are you allowing Tom's and all those other negative boobs stand in your way?  They don't reside in your brain. They are too comfortable wallering where they are. You're not.

There ARE hundreds of others that will never move ahead untill you  start standing up for what is right. Get the lead out and GET  MOVING !

I say that we gather all the tools nessary to start mending fences. Ephesians 4: 1 through 16 calls us to be Mature. Verses 2 and 3 ask us to "pour ourselves out for each other in acts of love, to be alert at noticing what is different between us and to be quick at mending fences."

Step of that path that's going nowhere and make some noise. The louder and the more annoying we make it the sooner someone will notice. The longer we keep it up the quicker they will be at figeruing how to shut it up. With persistant determination to better this place we call home (EARTH) the quicker we will SUCCEED!

modern_agoraphobia's latest blog raised some  questions or thoughts for me.  Then I wondered what do you think? This topic mostly concerns the United States of America yet I'm just as curious  as to what other countries see and think.

TOPIC;

United we stand - Divided we fall.  Just where do we stand  today? Who - if anyone is fighting for a common bond. Something that 100%+ Americans can say  YES ! I'm for that !

Over the last two elections we've all seen the RED states and the BLUE states. We've all watched the distance grow between them.  The DEMOCRATS  say they are the ONLY ONES right as well as the REPUBLICANS. Where does it stop? 

Those on Social Security or close to geting it says DON'T MESS  with our $$$$ and the young say I doubt if I'll ever see any $$$$.

Now it seems to be an issue over FEEDING TUBES and if we should prolong life indefenetly ( in hopes of an iffy possable cure) or one's God given right to die. Are we too hell bent on playing BIG BROTHER  rather than realizing that our strong point  - was - is and should always be our differences and how we can combine them to get one big " YES "

Easter Wish

Whether it be for bunnys, chicks or totaly new threads.

Beware that this holiday doesn't get lost in your head.

It comes but once a year.

Celebrating - once again that NEW LIFE  is here.

We all make choices - some good , some bad.

But we don't have to live our whole life with the latest fad.

So don't be sad.

Easter is one more time to celebrate and be glad.

There's a lot that could be said about that phrase. Ignorance is  bliss, If they don't know teach  them, and probably more.

Did Jesus only mean the people of that day and time?

Or was that prayer also ment for us?

What and how much is it that we don't know?

If there comes a time that we know everything - will we have to leave here? 

Is it the same principal as Adam and Eve in the garden?

Who is the teacher and who is the student?

Are there times that we are both the teacher and the student?

Figeratively speaking - what if the student is learning disabled - how much effort - for how long - do we continue to teach?

Or do we just give up and maintain a "Simpsons" standard of mentality? 

Do you have the answers?

NOTE :   The following is only my oppinion. If you choose to beleve the same as I do or not is your choice.

Considering the events in todays world, how relevent is the message that GOD wants us to have?  Are we getting the message or not?

This is what i'm thinking.  How many times have you placed your full hope and trust in one or more of your close friends? You base your whole life in their hands. To find out later that they had an entitely different thought in mind. You might have thought the two of you were communicating, only to find out that both of you had different ideas as to what to do. 

Did or do they realy know what you feel is best for you? How did that make you feel? How closely did/do you trust that friend now?  Have you or can you forgive and move on?  Jesus trusted Judas - at one time.  While growing up we trust our parents to know what's best for us.  When we marry we put that trust in our mate.Who has/had the best interest of  Terri Schrivo in mind?

In comming to grips with out own faith should we not thourley examin our own thoughts and feelings? Examine them to know the real truth inside?  God wants us to be solid in our belives.  Not to ride the fence or to wander here or there changing our ideas every other moment. Is there a lesson that needs to be learned? Will we learn it today, tommorow or never? 

Our thoughts and actions are being recorded.  We will have to account for them some day.  All the anger, haitred, and negative deeds are being counted. Yes there are many road blocks in our way. Many rocks, bolders and even hidden pot holes. Yet when it comes to the glorous home in paradise - do we let those things stand in our way? I hope not.

Christ and many of our lov'ed ones have gone on before us to prepare a way for us. If we knowen that to be true - why then do we hang on so tighely to the essence of there beaings? Why do we keep searching the empty skys for a glimpse of them ? When we do that have we road blocked GOD'S plan for us.

Think of the Shindler familey and their daughter Terri. Then think of the direction we are allowing this country of ours to go in. Where do we stand in GOD'S plan?

I went insearch of other meanings of Easter to satisfy those people here  - not inclined toward the religous stuff. 

In an earler post I mentioned the phrase  Easter in Cyberspace.  Just now I came acrost this site  http://www.easterincyberspace.com  I swear - people I didn't know it was there  untill just now. It looks like a pretty good site with some interesting info.

On some other pages that I found I found out that the Easter bunny as we know it  originated in Germany in the 1500's. Something about the fertality of rabits  and the hardboild eggs meaning rebirth?

The word Easter comes from the name of a pagan goddess - Eostre or Oestre. Something about a female mammal in heat?

Will you join me at the table?

On tonight's menu is.......

Unleavened Bread.... for rememberance of the bondage  that their ancestors went through.

Maror (Bitter herbs)......To remember the bitterness of Slavery

Hard boiled Eggs.......To represent the  Life cycle ....Birth and Death

Roast Lamb....In place of the sacrificial Lamb

Chopped Apples, nuts,etc......To remind them of the clay that was used to make Pharo's bricks

Parcely, Lettuce,Greens,etc.....To remind us of Spring....new growth and new Life.

A Goblet of Wine left for Elijah. To be left untouched for Elijah to come join us.  He is the only one alowed to drink from this goblet.

 True this meal may not be the tastiest you or I've ever eaten, but can we say that we are worthy to set to the table? Can we remember the slavery and bondage of those who went before us, and strive to do better in our lives? Can we shake off the negativeness and hatrid of this world and begin NOW to enter into a new SPRING,  new growth and new life? The chair next to me is empty ....my friend ....will you join me?

Now there's an idea........what do you do when you've got writers block? And just where did this block come from? What type of block is it? Is it a giant block of granit afixed around your head.? Blocking all thoughts from reaching your hand or fingers. Or is it blocks of granit  afixed upon each hand keeping all the good ideas out?

Hummmm...... let's say that it's a block on each hand. That would be easer and not as painful as one around you'r head.  Still kind of auwarked. Now if you're lucky there's only one block on the hand you usually use to type or write with.

You pick up a large  ( sharp metal ) object and start whacking away at the block. By the time you get to a bowling ball size you can start whacking the whole thing on the idiot's ( you know the one - the one who said you'll never amount to anything )head next to you.
