I love the way the sky has it blue haze,
Yet at the same time it has the orange blaze.
So many things can be wrong all around me,
That’s when I just pull out this picture to see.

I don’t claim to be a photographer or an artist,
Just that of certain areas I am smartest..
The sunset here is one that I find so great,
One that I sat and watched while I contemplate.

Death had claimed a thing dear in my life,
And as I sit here staring up at the sky,
The only thing that strikes me the most,
Is of a lost friendship I can never boast.

And so my friend it is goodbye,

It breaks my heart that I never tried.

So wipe the tears and start a fresh.

Be there my darling in your eternal rest.
