Yesterday I woke up sucking a lemon

Ok very busy.. mani is moving from Dublin today.. he gets to stay at a swanky hotel before he leaves for Belgium though.. i love staying at hotels.. especially nice ones! So I'm very jealous! Also one of the movers gave Mani a whole set of golf club minus the driver and a functional putter but those are easily replaced. He said he's going to practice really hard and become better than me. Learning golf will definitely score brownie points with my golf obsessed dad.

Mani's ex girlfriend ( his first love) from highschool mysteriously emailed him. I find this incredibly intriguing! What does she want? What does she look like? I begged him to meet her if she ever suggested meeting but he's not fond of that idea because a) he doesn't want me to be jealous b) he's not that interested in having to make small talk with a girl he liked when he was 16. But I really want to know everything about her! What does she look like? what was it about her that attracted Mani? Is she interested in rekindling something with her first love? ( mani)

HE wrote back and I got to read the email because he gave me the password and everything. So in the sent messages box, I saw that he mentioned his " lovely gf" in Canada :D that made me happy.

She seems to be moving to Belgium too this summer ( her parents are in the army or something like that) So I really hope she emails back and suggests coffee! If she offers a meeting and Mani declines I'll be  SO ANGRY! Maybe I'll make Mani wear an iPOD with a mic attached to it so we can record this meeting :D Because i'm sure if she did hit on him, he would sugar coat it or decline to tell me altogehter.

Mani is now leaving and he's going to buy a calling card so he can call me from the hotel :) I'll bet he's staying at the Hilton in Dublin... he says the tax payers of Belgium are paying for their expensive move ( which compelled the mover guy to give his old clubs to Mani) and their hotel stay... man! Being a diplomat's son is so cushy!

Anyhoo .. on another note, I spent 45 mins today killing disgusting fruit flies in my apt with windex or fantastik.. whatever that corrosive cleaner is. and then rewashing every dish those nasty pests landed on!
My mom also bought me this nasty ginseng powder to chow down to improve my circulation. The other day, after I got up from sitting down, I lost all feeling in my leg and landed on my knees really hard!~ sucks! So the first day, I thought I'd mix it in with 2L of ginger ale! YARGH! THE WHOLE THING TASTED LIKE GINSENG IT WAS SO NASTY. But I gulped it down. The next day I decided to put the powder in my mouth and swallow it with water only the powder clumps on the roof of your mouth and it IS SO MUCH NASTIER I ALMOST PUKED! It's a good thing I'm scared to death of puking otherwise I woulda made a mess.

I tried a new strategy today. It's still nasty but better. What I do is, I drop some water on a spoon with the powder on it and then I made this clump.. kinda like building a sandcastle, only with ginseng powder on a spoon. then I place the nasty ass clump on my tongue and try to swallow. But it's so horrible, I literally gag before I work up the guts to swallow it. It's the best option so far but I'm still looking for better ideas. So if you have any suggestions how to get this ginseng powder into my tummy please let me know. mixing it in food and tea is a bad idea because the taste is as pervasive as onions ( which i love though) it's like, the only thing you can taste. Trust.. it's nasty!
