Held captive by BT British telecom

Dear Mr Patterson
False imprisonment by BT
For 3 months I have tried to ditch BT as my Broadband supplier. I still have a "BT marker" on my phone line but these markers are not removed until 26 th of the month, I do not trust them to remove it this month either.
I enclose a list of BT staff contacted, all to no avail, UNLESS I wish to come back to BT, in which case they will reconnect me NOW.

BT overcharged me 1 year ago for a modem, that was advertised as free.
Now they refuse to disconnect me.
I have a phone bill for £100 this month, as I try to persuade BT to disconnect my marker.
This British Icon is in the hands of the greedy crooks who charged a back-hander for a phone connection in the 1970’s; it’s the same line.
Yours faithfully

K Tanner ...
