What do the options "on", "on with activation" and "off" mean for the guestbook and the comments?

For comments and guestbook you can choose from three alternatives. These are:

• "on": Visitors can write comments and guestbook entries

• "on with activation": Comments and guestbook entries are not visible until you approved and activated them.

• "off": Users cannot write guestbook entries or comments.
