another absurd omlette idea has come to fruition...

it's 5:30pm now and about 5 minutes ago a disturbing image of me having sex with a horse just jumped into my head, it was in a dream i had last night, and the first thing i thought was, what was i doing having sex with a horse?

so i had some leftover pizza, and daphneX was here again, so i put another strange idea into effect.

bacon cooked, pizza diced into little squares, thrown in with the bacon, and then the beaten eggs go in, and into the oven it all goes to be baked.

well, prior to a seemingly forgotten episode of arrested development season 3 episode 6.... it was time for some breakfast again....

and as it seems when DaphneX comes over, strange ideas start to flourish.

this time i pulled things out of the fridge and freezer and had planned on having components, but that went horribly awry.

fry up some bacon in a pan, once it's almost ready, throw in some perogies and onions (seems quite normal so far) then throw in some diced tomato, mix that up a bunch to cook it, beat some eggs and throw them into the mix, add salt and pepper and top with cheese and throw it all in the oven.  bake it.  i call it

perogies omelette.

yummy it is.
