From The Guardian: "A branch of the coffee chain Starbucks charged New York rescue workers for water to treat victims of the suicide attack on the World Trade Centre, it emerged today.Ambulance workers were forced to scramble in their pockets for money to pay a $130 (£88) bill for three cases of water used to treat victims for shock after the twin towers collapsed."

Sorry JtH, I've checked with the powers that be, and it would appear that only Blogigo members can comment. However, there is no cost to join, and all you need is an email address. I haven't recieved any spam as a result of joining, so perhaps thats an option. I guess that is one of the downsides of blogging like the cheap arse that I am, only other cheap arses can comment! LOL
Loved your gaming link by the way - I got 100%, and am feeling very superior... even though I know the quiz was easy easy easy, and everyone would have gotten 100%!

Love the new look. Is there any way to open comments up to non blogigo visitors?

olifactory?? that, my dear is not a word. Interesting how you berate the schools of today about not educating our children in the art of spelling, and yet - she who DID have that said instruction cannot spell anyway. I think you meant olfactory.
Don't get me started on spelling though - yesterday I read the instructions from 2 separate lawyers, and their spelling was appalling. Lawyers! come on!
Make sure you save dictonary.com on your shiny new laptop!!
And just for that; I can't be bothered updating my blog...
Anyway, good to hear that you are saving hard. Plenty to see here without having to spend a lot of money - one day we can arrange a winery tour and take HBK too and sample some of our fine fares.
Talk soon!

Sass, sass, sass. why do you start fights with me??!! Haven't you learned? I am as stubborn as you are. You are questioning my lack of faith in the doctor. Here is an example of WHY I might do that: a few years ago my de-facto (!!) was diagnosed with a femoral hernia. It wasn't serious, but was to be monitored if any pain was to develop etc. Anyway we move here and he decides to get another x-ray to see if it has worsened. He goes to this doctor (female, indian, maybe late 30's) and says to the doc: 'I have a femoral hernia, and I want to have another x-ray to see what's happening'. So off he toddles for the x-ray and comes back for a follow up, and the doctor gravely announces: "well, you have a femoral hernia".

and? he already knew this bit. RIIIIIIIGHT.
Maybe this is where is developed my skepticism. Not only that but she prescribes anti-biotics for every cold I have ever been in to see her for! (med certs so that I can use up your tax payer money...)
Anyway - I'd better find a loooooooong email from you in my inbox in the morning!!haha!

Hi All,
Thanks Johnny for visiting! Love your blog - I recommend it to anyone venturing into blogland for the first time!
Pixie, I don't know where to go to visit your blog - help! Can you leave me your address or something? Or a link? I'm fairly new at this, so there may be some really easy way of getting to your blog that I just dont know about - if so, can you tell me what it is?
Cheers,
Sass
