This past week has just been a nightmare. I had to write an essay stating a thesis and proving it while also providing counterpoints against it. My chosen topic: Atlantis. I've had to flipflop between saying it existed and that it didn't. I went with saying it did. The end product rough draft probably sucks, but it's just as well. I almost went crazy last night because I couldn't think of what to say. But now it feels like an elephant is off my chest and I can finally sleep as well as any caffeinated insomniac can. And today in creative writing(I'm one of about three seniors in the class, go fig) we wrote the most horrible villanelle (sp?) possible. It began: A bird flew south for the winter.
