Your right to complain when there is a problem is only reasonable
if you also praise when you see things being done well.
Tell the manager when you get good service. (And tell the person too!)
Write an email to the company.
Faultless service is never effortless!
It is the result of great effort by many behind the scenes.
Unless you have put on a show, or a demonstration at a tradeshow, you
might never realize how much work goes to make the
show "effortless and simple".
When you see it, tell your friends. This will insure that you see more of the best.
