.We are so lucky be guided by a monk of our temple tour in Beijing. It is still used as its before. Tanzhe Temple is a typical buddhism temple was built in Jin Dynasty (AD265-420),with more than 1600 years and located to the western mountain area outskirts of Beijing.--with popular saying goes: "First there was the Tanzhe Temple, then there was Beijing." once the home of a large nuumber of monks and nuns, the temple is now a peaceful and esoteric venue with its simple and elegant buildings and natural surroundings.
