New students to Scientology academies, while eager to discover the principles and procedures that will free any man from his aberrations, nonetheless may quaver at the considerable skills and processes they seek to master through auditor training.
The assuring factor lies in L. Ron Hubbard’s researches, through which he developed the handling for any situation that might surface in auditor training and in auditing sessions themselves.
It is the heritage of Scientology training that Mr. Hubbard himself both made his milestone discoveries available to aspiring auditors and established all training programs. Initially supervising these courses, he routinely instilled flawless certainty in every student auditor so that the benefits ofhis discoveries could be reached by every preclear. He also developed the technology of Course Supervision, turning this “hat” over to trusted technical specialists who shoulder the responsibility for the quality training of all student auditors in Scientology churches worldwide.
Over decades of growth in Scientology Academy training, drills developed by Mr. Hubbard have proved to be the cornerstone of any auditor’s unshakable certainty of application. “The key to professionalism is DRILL,” he wrote. “When one is flawless in drill, he looks professional and inspires confidence in the preclear.”
In 1996, a major advance in guaranteeing total auditor certainty—and perfect auditing sessions —was accomplished through the development of Golden Age of Tech auditor training programs. These programs today make it possible for any student, in a matter of weeks, to learn and drill to flawless perfection not only every auditing process, but any situation that might come up in delivering an auditing session.
