And finally, there is even one more point.
Because as I said, the real problem is drugs.
And if the governments are incapable of eradicating that problem, then we hit at the source of it: the need.
And that’s why it becomes particularly significant that the university where this all began now has a team of staff in training at the Church of Scientology in Venezuela.
For what? To deliver the Purification Rundown—right in the university’s new Purification Center.
While still on the subject of education, yet moving from “illiteracy” to those alleged “higher institutions of learning,” let’s move to another part of the world.
Because, no discussion of L. Ron Hubbard’s inroads into the field of education is complete without a mention of the letter recently received from preeminent French educator, Paul Guth.
The cause of his letter was his receipt of the new issue of the Ron series on education.
By way of background, Dr. Guth has been an instructor for nearly a quarter of a century and his nation’s most outspoken proponent of education reform.
To put it bluntly, he is known and read by every French student and when he speaks on what’s wrong with French education, everyone listens.
Well, what they’re listening to as of tonight is his open letter to all French-speaking educators.
And it reads as follows:

“Ron Hubbard has shown that reading and writing are not only the ‘a-e-i-o-u’, but are the key to taking part in this world...
“The Hubbard method has no limit: [His] solutions provide for the education of all students in all subjects. Hubbard makes us jump over the barriers that block studying...
“The power of words. They are not a purely academic and arid subject. They carry on the flow of the progressing civilization...
“My dear colleagues.., thank you for having read my letter. I wish you good luck from reading this education masterpiece of Ron Hubbard, which can help you in your classroom!
