Making Money

Who would have believed what a preoccupation it has become - this making money business.  Firstly, we are all concerned with making enough money to make the wheel go around - or at least to make it safely to the end of the month.  As for going to work, this takes up most of the day and the majority of the week for many of us.  With some of the so-called spare time that is left after working, we spend worrying about mistakes we might have made or certain problems there may be at our places of work.  Other valuable thinking time is invested in - or wasted in - money management and concerns over whether there will be enough money in order to pay for necessary items during that particular month.  However, what many of us forget or ignore is that worrying about such things does not actually help the matter.  Being concerned and aware about financial matters, although important, does by no means automatically ensure that there will be more money.

There are those that believe that how ever much money one has, one always needs or wants more.  It goes something like this - you have more so you spend more.  For someone who has two cars or two houses or two shops, so all the overhead costs increase accordingly.  Maybe, in general for those who do have enough to live on, we should be more content with what we have and allow this issue to dominate our thoughts a little less.
