The start of another long week...

It's been a while, I've been very slack!

It's been a quiet couple of weeks, went to the gym a total of 1 time, the guy there wasn't very helpful so I couldn't really be bothered going back - although have been trying to walk 3kms everyday (it's been hard because it's been raining a bit lately!!!), also got the rollerblades out and headed back to the rink.  I used to go there at least once every weekend for 3yrs, a long time ago.  I even used to help out there.  I think me and skating eventually grew apart but now I need to get active again, and skating is something I'm good at and enjoy doing.

So anyway, last weekend I went to the rink, it was there I met a guy, a long time ago, (maybe 8 1/2 years ago) we went out for about 6 months, then I dumped him, for reasons I never understood but I never regretted, if that makes any sense!!).  After all that fall out, I grew out of skating and hadn't been for ages until last weekend.  Then when I went yesterday, the rink owner tells me that she called my ex last weekend to tell him I'd been at the rink!!!  I can't understand why she felt the need to do that!!!!  I'm pretty sore today from all my power sliding yesterday (fun way to stop!) I'm sure my older sister taught me how to do that but I can't remember ever learning it, it's alot of fun though!!!!  Simple things eh?!!

Anyway, my Birthday was last week, it was a good day, went out for tea the night before which was delicious, and I got lots of cool presents!!  Only disheartening thing was a friend I've known for 4 years forgot my birthday.  But then again I guess I shouldn't be too surprised, last year the weekend after my b'day she suggested we catch up for drinks on the Saturday night.  Cool.  So I wait (and wait and wait) to hear from her that night.  Nothing.  I find out the following Monday that she went away with The Boyfriend and totally forgot about me.  I suppose her going out with me wouldn't have been ok with him anyway.  He was away a while ago and we caught up a fair bit.  Now he's back, I'm forgotten.  Oh well....I seem to waste too much energy on being frustrated about frivolous things like that, I really need to relax!!!!

Went out for tea with Mum & my younger sister tonight, to a Chinese restaurant.  After the meal, the waitress bought out some warm towels & waved one around in front of my sister- she didn't know what it was all about!!!!!!  We couldn't stop laughing!!!!

This weekend we are going to stay in a haunted house!!  Should be fun (unless a ghost appears and scares the life out of me!!!), hopefully nothing disturbing will happen!!!

Anyway, it's getting a bit late so I might head off to bed, I've been looking forward to sleeping since I got up this morning!!!!!

She was waving it in my face! I thought that was part of the service, like maybe they steam you up!!! I don\'t know!!!!!!

I bumped into that fella down the street the other day Lil Beetle, got bailed up for about 1/2 an hour. Weird. I thought he was nice, but then I wasn\'t involved in your whole experience. Can imagine that you would have been pretty upset by that lil ol lady buttin her big ol nose in!

I hate the \"woe is me, everyone keeps asking when I\'ll get a girlfriend but my last relationships (2 of them, me being 1!!!) were disasters\"!!! He\'s nice enough but he\'s always so pessimistic. I saw him the other day and he said he tried to call around to see me and my car was here but no one answered the door!!!!! Like I was hiding from him or something!!!

I guess we all know what the Rink Lady is like, funny - nothing there EVER changes!!!! Which is annoying!!!!!

I wonder what that says about your siblings?? Their blogs haven\'t changed in weeks... he he he! ;-)
