Monday Monday, can't trust that day...

Ever noticed how hard it is to get out of bed on a Monday morning? Especially when it's so cold outside - I thought it was meant to be spring!!! It's freezing out, but in my office the heater's set at a delightful 28C - perfect!!!
I was intending to take my 4 hours off this morning, lessen the blow of another hideous Monday, but then I remembered a lady that normally borrows one of the rooms would be in. I arrived at work, waited and waited, then received a phonecall about 9:35am from her saying she wouldn't be in today!!!! Isn't that typical!!! Despite this, I'm in a really good mood!!
I'm hoping to win a Toyota Hilux, I want to win it so badly!!! Mind you, I have no use for a Toyota Hilux, but I could sell it and buy a Mini Cooper, a VW Beetle or a VW Golf. Fingers crossed I win...
I photocopied my "highly offensive" letter, just in case a situation should arise, and also to laugh about the pettiness of the cranky one from such a non-offensive letter! I decided not to say anything to her, instead I will be as nice as necessary and nothing more. No more trying to please her, it's a waste of my time and effort if it will get me nowhere!! Although she did ask me to do a job for her today, I'll just see if I have time to get to it...very busy...I have to eat, read the paper, eat, check my emails and write back if there's any to reply to, eat, read a magazine, maybe eat some more, THEN I'll see if I can fit it in!!!! He he he!!!
Anyway,I think I might head off, I'm up to the "eat" part of my "to do" list!!!
