Well, I came to the decision today that I will start going to the gym!  Scary thought I know, and anyone who knows me will think I am kidding.  I kid you not.  I am going to start going to the gym.  Regularly.  I hope.  It's time to get active, tone up, get fit and hopefully enjoy the experience!  I hope I don't fall off the gym equipment and injure myself...

Another weekend almost over...I coloured my hair yesterday, I normally go for the light golden brown, but thought I would try a different brand & picked out Intense Golden Brown.  My hair is now very, very dark!!!  Which isn't great considering my pasty complextion, I look kind of sick!!!!  Oh well, it will fade eventually!!!  Hopefully...

I can't wait for the weather to warm up again!!!  Today was a beautiful day, I went for a walk this afternoon with my sister.  We got stopped along the way by a guy in an electric wheelchair, he asked if we could open up his drink, for him.  It was a huge bottle of alcohol!  He said he got smashed up, lost his wife and hit the bottle.  How very honest, you don't often meet people who would tell you their life story straight up - I guess he was a bit lonely.  Poor guy.

Anyway, I came home and attempted to wash my car, got sick of that & came inside, leaving my mess and a half washed car on the front lawn.  I feel I may ask my b/f to wash it for me...he always does a good job!!!!  AND, he likes doing it!!  YAY!!!!  Don't know why I attempted to wash it in the first place.  Just one of those unexplanable things I suppose!!!!

Anyway, I might head off to eat an icecream and watch TV...old habits die hard!!!!!

Good morning all, another beautiful Saturday morning, sun is shining, birds are singing....I will shortly be going out for lunch to the Hog's Breath Cafe, YUM!!!

The weekend so far has been good, I went to the movies last night to see The Machinist, it was pretty good!  Christian Bale was so skinny!!!!  It was one of those movies you have to think about (I got to the end and was confused, that seems to happen alot!!!!!).

My parents arrived home from 2 weeks holidays yesterday, it's great to have them home again!!!

What else is going on...oh, I'm going to a Body Shop party on Wednesday night, that should be good!  I've looked through the catalogue and I think I want everything in there!!!!!  Next month my younger sister and I are going to spend the night in a haunted house!  We went for a tour of the house last year, it wasn't scary and I thought maybe it wasn't haunted...we'll soon find out in a few weeks!!!  I recently bought a video camera so I'll be taking that to see if we can capture anything strange!!!!!  I can't wait to go!!!!!  I'm sure I will be freaking out when the time comes......

Why is it that on weekends when you try to sleep in, the next door neighbour's kid is outside bouncing a basketball at 8am!??  Or the other neighbours are putting a sign up outside their house & tapping very loudly!?!!  Or there is a loud bird right outside your window making funny noises!!!! 

It's like those times when you're running late, and you get stuck at a level crossing because the rail guys are testing the lights & won't wave you through, or a bus driven by a "driver under instruction" pulls out in front of you and drives at 30km....

I may go & see Diesel perfom next week...actually may have left it too late to book tickets!!!!  Ah well, we'll see!!!!  A few months ago I went to see Terri Clark perform, she was awesome!!!!!  I think these days it's hard to find a musician who has talent without needing computers to make them sound better, but Terri is so naturally talented, she sounded as good live as she does on her CD's!  I was never a fan of country music until we got pay TV, and I realised just how many talented artists out there who unfortunately don't get any air time on commercial radio.  It's wrong, especially when you hear the amount of crap on the radio that I could really do without!!!!!

Anyway, I guess I'd better go and get ready to go out for lunch

A Bit About Me

Well Hello!

My first entry in my blog and I'm stuck for things to write!!
I just had a delicious pizza for tea, yum, I can't get enough of pizza!!

I had a tough day at the office...well actually I made that up!!  No day at my office is ever tough, I actually love my job.  I'm lucky to have found something I like, my previous job was ok but I really wasn't happy there.  I'm one of those people that don't adjust to change very well, but I think 40hrs a week is WAY too much time to spend in a place where you aren't happy.  I applied for a few jobs, and I got my current one, I was very lucky!!  I haven't looked back since!

All the same, I really feel like I need a holiday!!  I'll hopefully be going to the Gold Coast next year with my sisters!  I can't wait, it's been nearly 18 months since I've had a proper holiday!!

Lets see, what else would I like to do with my life...oh, I'd love to get fit!  I'm actually underweight for my height, and no matter what I eat I can't put on weight.  I'd like to be fit and healthy but I'm just not sure that I could bear to part with pizza, bbq chicken (I don't know of anyone else who gets as excited as I do over chicken!!), hot chips, lollies, chocolate etc etc, actually, I'm quite sure I would not be able to parts with those!!!!!  I used to skate (rollerblade) alot, I actually wouldn't mind getting back into that one day!

I am totally addicted to trashy reality TV shows, things like Jenny Jones, Maury Povich, Cheaters (my all time fave!), if the show has a segment titled "I've tested 10 men, who is the father of my child", or "My out of control teen", you could just about guarantee I'll be watching it!!!!  I don't know what it is about these shows, I guess in one way they make you appreciate how uncomplicated your life is!!!! 

I stumbled across a website the other day, http://www.grouphug.us/, it's a confessions website!!  It's pretty cool although there are a few disturbing entries on there!

Anyway, that's about all for today, I might have to go and see if there's some cool show on TV that I'm missing out on!!!!
