Who are we and what do we know about leasing?
Lease2U was formed from the ideas of two guys getting together and saying. "We could do this better" So the guys launched Lease2U, one was working for a large main dealer group in a corporate sales role. The other was one of his business customers! They got together and looked at the whole leasing experience. The most important improvement was on the level of service that leasing customers were getting from other companies. Both guys knew that improvements had to be made. This is why our phones are never turned off at Lease2U. We also won't ask who is calling when a call comes in for one of our members of staff, the reason for this is that with dealer groups, calls will be "blanked" by staff if they do not wish to speak to someone.
Our attitude to customers is our greatest strength.
Too many companies, mention that they care about their customers while in fact they only pay lip service. We fully understand that without customers we will not have a business.
We accept that in any business issues will arise. In the leasing industry deliveries could be delayed, a vehicle damaged on a transporter or paperwork not completed correctly. These things can and do happen but not often. Lease2U staff will always be honest with you, we won't fob you off and we will deal with any issues that arise. A problem is only a problem if you are not looking for the solution.
We only employ experienced staff.
Our team comes from within the motor industry. They have worked for vehicle manufacturers, vehicle finance companies and main franchised dealers. We know the industry inside out and as such we are perfectly placed to offer you our best advice at all times. We are not car salesmen, we will not push you into making a decision.
We will advise on which type of lease agreement best suits your business and which vehicle is most suitable.
With specialist knowledge of light commercial vehicles we will offer advice on payloads, load volumes and best engine for mpg. We will also arrange any vehicle conversion for you, so from a tipper to a refrigerated vehicle we can do it and the vehicle will be delivered to you, ready to run.
Because we are not tied to any manufacturer or finance company our advice is always impartial. We will do all that we can to get you the best leasing rates on the right vehicle for you.
We will source the vehicle for you.
We will put in place finance for the vehicle.
We will deliver the vehicle to you anywhere in the mainland UK.
We will contact you 3 months before your contract ends and source you your next vehicle.
We will collect the vehicle at the end of the contract hire term.

I want to take this opportunity to express my complete satisfaction in the dealings with your company. Should any of your clients require any reassurance or recommendation, I can fully endorse your company without reservation.
Unfortunately it is not often I can write a letter of praise. All too often these days, my letters are of complaint about poor service or goods. I am pleased therefore to be able to write to you today.
As you know, in September I received my first car through you, a Chrysler 300C.
This is the first time I have leased a car. What you will not know is that I took months agonising over either buying or leasing my new car. I knew that leasing was the best option. The problem
was it was a completely new direction as I usually bought my cars for business and sold them on after use.
After searching and talking to more than a dozen companies, my experience was that they either failed to respond to my request for a quote within a reasonable time, gave me ambiguous quotes which could have left me vulnerable to spurious charges, or they just didn’t listen to what I wanted and completely misquoted. This all meant more work for me going back and forth to clarify the offers. I found the whole industry a bit ‘dubious’ and because I had never leased before, none of them gave me any confidence to go forward with the leasing option.
I was about to give up and simply buy my vehicle again. Then, by chance, I came across Lease2U. What a contrast!! I was called within 30 minutes of my email enquiry. I had quotes back within the hour and not only were they accurate but when I rang to follow these up I was offered sound tax advice on the different finance methods. you even located and secured the 300C within minutes. For the first time, since Ihad began my search, I had the confidence in a company to actually want to place an order. And I took the plunge!
I had no reservations in ordering my first ever leased car from Lease2u. It arrived on the delivery date I was given. It was the exact car and specification I had ordered. I was impressed with the level of contact from Lease2u. I was kept up to date at every stage of the order, from order through to delivery. I was even called on day of delivery by you to check I was happy with the car!
It was due to this level of service that I decided to ask you to quote on two vehicles for staff members.
When you found out what use the cars were for, you suggested some alternative makes and models for me to consider. I loved the fact that you gave straight answers about availability and suitability of the vehicles. You took time to explain the different leasing options open to me. You spoke knowledgably about the level of equipment on the cars The communication was first class. I decided to order a further two cars from you, two Citroen C4.
I was kept informed of every step of the process and before I felt the need to email or call you about any aspect, you had beaten me to it by contacting me with those updates. I felt extremely at ease with the whole process. This contact continued, providing me with delivery dates of each car. The 300c came on a car transporter. One of the C4’s was driven to Norfolk by the supplying garage by one of their contract drivers. It was filthy and made the delivery inspection difficult and before signing the delivery papers
I called you. Within minutes the driver had received a call from his HQ from a complaint you had lodged on my behalf about the delivery condition. As a result, the driver hand washed and cleaned the car inside and out before attempting to hand it to me again. I was impressed by your after sales service.
I know that in business not everything runs spot-on all the time. What makes a business great is doing your utmost to ensure it does run spot-on but then, when things do go wrong, the measure of a great business is how those isues are dealt with and resolved. I must say that I have found the whole experience with you 100% honest, trustworthy and attentive to detail and I congratulate you on your excellent customer service.
Without a doubt, I shall be leasing vehicles in the future and that business will only be placed with Lease2U.

HONDA TYPE R PERSONAL CONTRACT HIRE

What can I say about lease2u? Well first of all the customer service was absolutely outstanding. The vehicle I hired was a Honda Civic Type R for 3 years. To buy the vehicle would of cost me a hell of a lot more than to hire it plus I wouldn't have had the money to pay for it after the 3 years anyway!! All the road tax is included plus a years free breakdown cover & warranty. The guys (& girls) bend over backwards to acquire all the help & support I needed. As this was being used as a company vehicle I began to experience problems with my company (not lease2u) over mileage etc.. Lease2u sent out new forms that day by special delivery which I received the next day. All the forms had been completed to ensure a successful delivery of the vehicle. Originally I agreed to lease the vehicle on 8th December 07, I then needed this to change to November 07. The vehicle was fast tracked & issued within a matter of days. After the 3 years is up I will certainly be going with lease2u again. The only problem I encountered was not receiving pink fluffy dice with the car but hey, everybody can't be perfect can they? I was looking for a car this was the only company that rang me back we talked about what my needs were and the type of car I needed they put a package together. And the paperwork was sent out in a short time. The only thing I found was trying to get insureance as I did not have reg of the car so I rang them up and with a call it was done and the paper work sent back on a friday afternoon and I got a email back on the Saturday to tell me that every thing was ok.
