the start/ things i dont like!

Well this is another fun way to kill time when I should be doing other things hence my blog title, not really sure how this works, but used to enjoy keeping a written diary many years ago
which used to be funny to read back and was always a good way to let off steam!
Today I have plenty of things to do but i just havn't got around to doing them yet. For a start its too darn cold! I live in a house which had probably been here since the year dot and my energy conscious fiancee had turned the heating down to a cool 18 degrees which I just realised as it seems to be colder indoors!!!
I have spend most of the day writing spec letters to send to companies and appling for jobs as the one I'm in is awful.
it didn't start as awful but has gradually progessed that way as most jobs do! It is at a small bar/restaurant which was opened last year by someone that has not got a clue how to run the buisness and is gradually loosing trade and is in so much debt it will soon close.
I would say i feel sorry for the man but he is such an ar**hole many people have said to myself and other members of staff they wont go in there as it belongs to him!
Things in general are not going to well, my partner has no regular work and my hours have been cut down to sod all even though I'm on the management. there just seems no work about in my area at the moment we both have reasonable skills, education and are reliable but applying for 10 jobs a week and not hearing anything back can be really depressing, as well as this cold weather.
I hate winter, I don't like the over comercialisation of christmas, I hate the cold and I hate the travelling fair which comes to town every year for the next two weeks.
Well i sound thouroughly miserable, but lifes not all that bad I just wish I could soon get another job as I would do anything to get out of that place!
Well best get on and post my applications off....hopefully i will hear something soon!
