IMSMA Newsletter and Website
Sometimes I think to be out of the loop concerning the development of IMSMA. The information provided on http://www.gichd.ch/imsma/imsma_news.htm just gives an overview. I would like to get first hand information about the new IMSMA system and how the support (especially 2nd level) for the current IMSMA version will be organized.
I suggest to send out an IMSMA newsletter to the IMSMA community on a regular base, lets say by-monthly or quarterly. Therefore a distribution list needs to be maintained (with an subscribe/unsubscribe mechanism).
Also add a closed user group section to your web-site, where IMSMA specialists from the field can find conceptual documents concerning IMSMA NG, more detailed information like a release plan with dates and a list of problems fixed, updated IMSMA documents and course material, moderated discussion forums like the ones on http://www.imsma.ch/en/discussion/
