G'day!
Hope everyone had a nice day. I was about to get an early night, but then I thought I'd update this.
Little Beetle enquired about what sort of movies I like, so, here we go.
I like pretty much all genres of movies, except for maybe martial arts, but you never know, maybe one day!!
I don't have a favourite movie, but the ones that are right up there are;
Reservoir Dogs> I think this movie is great! The dialogue is so incredibly funny, and realistic, and you feel like you know that there are those kind of characters about. It has a good story, and Quentin Tarantino got very lucky with the actors who signed on for it!
Schindler's List> An instant classic. What can you say about such a powerful film? The story is so tragic, yet uplifting and hopeful. And the actors, the characters, the dialogue all come together really well. Ralph Fiennes is terrifying in this role!
Fight Club> I like what this movie has to say about todays world. It's very smart, witty, and Edward Norton and Brad Pitt are great in it!
The Life Aquatic> I don't know what I like so much about this movie, but I felt like I wanted to live on the Belafonte! The characters are so funny, and I just loved being caught up in this bizarre little world for a couple of hours!
There are plenty of others, but that's all for now.
I'd love to hear what anyone else likes!
Goodnight

In answer to your question about other people\'s favourite movies, here are some of mine;
Love, Actually - there\'s just so many different stories involved with this and it\'s really interesting - I never get sick of watching it!!! I guess it having Hugh Grant & Colin Firth in it doesn\'t hurt either!!!
Dumb & Dumber - I love it!!! It\'s just so silly and funny and easy to watch!!
I recently saw \"The sisterhood of the travelling pants\", I loved that!!!! I don\'t know what it was about it, I just really enjoyed it!!!
Tai Tois - very funny French movie!! Unfortunately it is nowhere to be found on DVD.
That\'s about all I can think of for now!!
Catchya later!!!
Little Beetle!
My favourite flicks have got to be the four classics that I was raised watching (in hindsight, this is a little disturbing, and undoubtedly answers some questions that others may have about the way that I behave!)
Dirty Dancing
The Rocky Horror Picture Show
The Young Ones (With Cliff Richard)
&
Bye Bye Birdie (the original)
Best film I\'ve seen lately, and that was about 6 months ago, was the Motorcycle Diaries. It was a foreign film. I do believe that it did make its way to our little home town, although I saw it in Melbourne.
Like the blog Beanie, keep up the good work!
