On a large and a small scale! Why do we   have to lie to kids about santa claus, the tooth fairy, the easter bunny and   worst of all....god! Any god! All gods! I know that there should be   capitals there but I just can’t do it! Does he really deserve it? Man has   taken the words and ideals of their own individual philosophers, who   knew that our own inherent animal instincts would destroy us, and they   have turned it to their advantages in their hunger for more and more   power! These men were not prophets in that any god spoke to them, but   they were intelligent men who could see that there was a need for basic   ideals to keep us from eating ourselves alive. The result of their teachings   were then bastardised and used as tools by others with their own devious...
