Well I didn't follow the advice from the associate helping me at Dress Barn as she wanted me to purchase the most expensive and glitzy outfit there and that is just not what I wanted. Last year I was so overdressed thinking of course that for a holiday party all people attending would be dressed for the holidays. WRONG. Most were in jeans and some had on a holiday top. Well jeans are not my bag, so I am wearing black slacks with a little beading around the bottom, a black cami with lace around the neckline and a cute somewhat glitzy black jacket that is more casual in style. I will have to either wear some red earings or necklace or barrett to finish up the holiday look.
Now my hair on Friday, that is a different story. I may go to a bit darker color and take some length off. I want a haircut that is easy to work with and suits my face, lol. Don't we all? Well we will see if I come out happy or mad, lmao here. I would love a gentle perm with soft curls but they never fail to make me look like Shirley Temple since I have natural curl to my hair and I usually end up cutting most of my hair off!
Hubby got wrapping done for me while I was out and now I have to get his done. I am so bad at wrapping, rolling my eyes here 
. If my gf does the wrapping it looks like it came from SAKS. She is very talented in the crafty realm.
