Making my Xmas list and checking it twice :)
Well as a diversion to everything else that has been going on I have finally started my holiday shopping. One by one I am getting them done. I do most of it online and have them wrapped and sent to them as it saves tons of time. No standing in long lines at the post office, ugh!
I am going out for abit today and getting my hair trimmed and styled. Maybe a manicure too. I need a pick-me-up!
I have one family member who is fond of saying ' I don't understand why people just leave things in the past... ' and why bring up old stuff? Well old issues unresolved and the pattern still existing has to be dealt with at some point or the person stuffing it down gets sick! I don't want to go there, period.
It makes my family uncomfortable when I speak about the things that not only hurt me but others as well. They like to keep their blinders on and in place and act like they are always the 'loving' family. Well that is just not the reality and I won't live a lie.
I will pray for peace and love and honor and respect to evolve for all of us.
